Research On The Planning And Design For Rural Landscape Enhancement Under The Background Of All-for-one Tourism In Yuan’an County

With the implementation of the "All-for-one Tourism" strategy,Chinese tourism industry has embarked on a phase of global development,extending beyond the conventional scenic spots and areas to include counties and surrounding rural regions.The development of tourism resources and activities is no longer limited to popular destinations,but expanded to encompass unexplored rural locations as well.Following its status as the second batch of national demonstration zones for global tourism,Yuan’an County is transitioned from a traditional tourism model to a global tourism development model.Consequently,its rural landscape is facing extensive upgrading and renewal.The study initially analyzes key points and difficulties in enhancing the rural landscape under the context of global tourism.It also explores the changes in the relationship between "bottom-product-scenery-tourism" and differentiated demands among different audiences.Based on the current situation of rural landscape construction in Yuan’an County,it highlights issues such as unclear development positioning,contradictions between inheritance and renewal,lack of space functionality,and failure to meet standards for a comfortable living environment.Subsequently,the study clarifies the improvement goals of “integrated scenery and village,happy living and touring” in enhancing the rural landscape of Yuan’an County.It also outlines the principles that must be followed in enhancement planning and design,including "sustainable ecology",“landscape integrity”,"regional protection" and "co-creation".Four enhancement strategies targeting the macro,meso,and micro levels are proposed,which include(1)integrating various resources and clarifying development positioning;(2)coordinating human and natural elements to balance protection and utilization;(3)optimizing village space and improving landscape layout;(4)inheriting local rural characteristics and embodying cultural features.These strategies help balance the differentiated demands of different groups,solve rural space problems,better enhance the natural ecological landscape,settlement life landscape,and economic production landscape in rural areas.Additionally,they achieve the goal of preserving the originality of the countryside,inheriting local rural characteristics,and attracting external tourists through landscape enhancement.Finally,this study responds to the law of population flow in Yuan’an County,according to village positioning,resource endowment.It breaks the administrative boundaries and adopts a categorical approach to guide the development,and classifies the villages in the whole area of Yuan’an County into four types of villages according to local conditions: natural resources,idyllic ecology,comprehensive development and guided relocation.The study selects three representative villages with the most potential for improvement among the three types: natural resources Luyuan Village,pastoral ecology Dongjia Village,and comprehensive development Hongjia Village.Using their landscape enhancement planning and design as a blueprint,the study performs SWOT comparative analysis and discusses the transformation focus of different types of rural landscapes.Combining the enhancement strategies,the study integrates and develops the unique resources,infrastructure,and rural landscape resources of the three villages from a macro perspective.It determines the positioning and development direction of different types of rural areas,with Luyuan Village positioned as "enjoying tea and water,relaxing in Luyuan." Dongjia Village as "poetic pastoral,suburban Dongjia." and Hongjia Village as "natural oxygen bar,health preservation in Hongjia." Then,based on the analysis of ecological sensitivity,the study divides the three types of areas into prohibited construction zones,restricted construction zones,and suitable construction zones to control the intensity of enhancement in various regions.From the meso level,the study sorts and divides the spatial structure of the three rural areas,forms point-line-surface spatial structures combined with different group demands,and includes various types of semi-private,semi-public,public spaces with diverse functions,providing different services.From the micro level,the study focuses on the placement of architectural transformation and rural landscape sketches to reflect local cultural characteristics.Under the overall control of the enhancement strategy,the study forms differentiated expressions of rural landscapes by focusing on different transformation emphasis for distinct types of rural areas,making each rural area unique.By using representative rural areas of different types as examples,this study enhances the landscape and features of each rural area.It achieves the effect of "moving step by step,linking pearls into a chain," attracting foreign tourists,and promoting the development of global tourism.
