| At present,the application of prefabricated building exterior wall is more and more widely in the engineering field.Under the environment of advocating building energy saving in our country,the external wall connectors with complex structure,difficult construction and high cost will be eliminated gradually.In this paper,the topology optimization design of the sandwich insulation wall plate connector is carried out to meet the building energy-saving and convenient construction,and the mechanical properties of the sandwich insulation wall plate connector before and after the topology optimization are studied,provide some advice for design and construction.Through theoretical calculation,numerical analysis and experiment,the mechanical properties of sandwich insulation wall panel flaky connectors are studied in this paper,The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)The tensile test was carried out to obtain the mechanical properties of the steel used for the flaky connector,and the preliminary design of the sandwich insulation wall panel and its connector was carried out to meet the load-carrying capacity requirements.ABAQUS is used to analyze the sandwich thermal insulation wallboard with different thickness of insulation layer.By comparing the mechanical indexes in the numerical analysis,it is concluded that the thickness of sandwich thermal insulation layer has a significant effect on the stress of flaky connector,the suggestion of the optimum type of the flaky connector(H = 160mm)is given.(2)ABAQUS is used to optimize the topology of SPA-FA connector with height H of160 mm,and the optimal shape of the lamellar SPA-FA connector is obtained.By comparing the stress,displacement,bearing capacity and damage of wall slab concrete,the mechanical properties of SPA-FA are similar.Because of the thin thickness of the lamellar SPA-FA connector and the high shear stress in engineering,the shear buckling of the lamellar SPA-FA connector is easy to occur,it is found that the critical shear buckling load is larger than the ultimate load when the sandwich wall panel is destroyed,and the critical shear buckling load is larger than the ultimate load when the sandwich wall panel is destroyed,it is concluded that the shear buckling of the flaky connections does not occur when the sandwich thermal insulation wallboard reaches the ultimate bearing capacity.Taking a high-rise building’s outer wall as an example,the optimized SPA-FA connector can meet the engineering requirement.(3)Shear tests were carried out to verify the mechanical properties of SPA-FA flaky connectors before and after optimization and Hafen structure,and the results were compared with the previous numerical analysis.Finally,it is suggested that the optimized sheet SPA-FA connector should be selected first in engineering.Figure [53] Table [15] Reference [62]... |
