Company A is a leading consumer electronics precision manufacturing platform enterprise in China and a well-known charger manufacturing company.After a few years of development,it has become a supplier to most of the leading mobile phone brands and other well-known technology companies in the world.In today’s highly developed market economy,in the face of increasingly fierce industry competition,it is increasingly important to pay attention to and maintain the existing important customers and maintain the market share.In the face of today’s vast customer group,Company A should not only improve its profit in the long-term development of the company,but also take into account customer satisfaction.It can be seen that customer satisfaction has become particularly important.Only by adhering to the concept of serving customers well can we improve our competitiveness and achieve effective long-term development.Based on the actual situation of Company A,the paper analyzes the customer satisfaction and proposes the corresponding customer satisfaction improvement strategies based on the analysis conclusions,which is conducive to the realization of company A’s development goals and provides the corresponding decision-making basis for the company’s managers.In the case of effective investment of fixed resources,more positive marginal effects can be obtained as far as possible.The main content of this paper includes the following aspects: At present,Company A has not formed its own objective customer satisfaction evaluation system.By collecting and consulting A large amount of literature,this paper firstly expounds the background and significance of the necessity research of this paper on Company A’s customer satisfaction.Secondly,it combines the current situation of Company A to build a customer satisfaction evaluation model and system,and designs corresponding questionnaires for investigation.And statistical analysis of the data.Finally proposes the solutions and sugestions for the improvement of customer satisfaction of Company A.This paper hopes that through the research on customer satisfaction,it can play an important ro1 e in the development of Company A,promote the management and protitability of Company A,and effectively enhance the competitiveness of the company.
