Abstract/Summary:
With the enhancement of economic globalization and trade liberalization,the competition among economies in the field of manufacturing has intensified and the competition mode has changed from the original scale expansion acquisition to the competition with quality and quality as the core.Quality competition has become the central issue of global manufacturing competition,and the level of quality competitiveness of a country’s manufacturing industry represents its position in the new competitive landscape.China is at the important juncture of moving from a large manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country,and the improvement of quality competitiveness is the main driving force to break through this juncture.As a carrier for the improvement of manufacturing quality competitiveness,scientific and reasonable evaluation of the quality competitiveness of enterprises,understanding the level of their own quality competitiveness,and further improvement for weaknesses,will become a hot spot of concern for Chi na’s manufacturing enterprises.In view of this,this paper takes machinery manufacturing enterprises as the research object and conducts a study on qu ality competitiveness evaluation.First of all,combing and summarizing relevant literature,combining the characteristics of mechanical manufacturing enterprises,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality competitiveness of mechanical manufact uring enterprises from four aspects:quality basic resources,quality environment,quality control capabilities,and quality performance,and on this basis,preliminarily constructs an evaluation index system for the quality competitiveness of mechanical m anufacturing enterprises.Secondly,the principal component analysis method was used to screen and optimize the preliminarily constructed evaluation index system,and finally an evaluation index system consisting of 4 first level indicators,13 second leve l indicators,and 40 third level indicators was formed.Thirdly,the cloud model is introduced as the evaluation method,and the cloud model can deal with the problems of ambiguity and randomness of evaluation information and improve the rationality of eva luation results;according to the expert opinions,the indicators at all levels in the evaluation index system are assigned weights by the G1 method,and the standard cloud model,indicator cloud model and comprehensive cloud model are constructed by combi ning the basic theory of cloud model,and the cloud diagram is drawn by using Matlab R2019 a software The evaluation results are initially judged,and after that the affiliation level is judged by the calculation of similarity.Finally,the quality competitiveness level of LZ company was evaluated as an example,and the evaluation result showed that its quality competitiveness was "medium level".The evaluation result is basically consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation model to a certain extent.At the same time,in order to improve the quality competitiveness level of LZ company,we propose some policy suggestions for its weaknesses for reference.
