As an important part of the wind power generation system,the wind power converter undertakes the important responsibility of adjusting the output frequency and phase of the generator.Because of the instability of the wind and bad working conditions,the wind power converter is in high-intensity work for a long time.In order to improve the work efficiency of on-site personnel and the income of the wind farm,it is necessary to quickly respond to the fault conditions of the wind power converter and realize remote diagnosis,And the on-site staff can implement the results of fault diagnosis research on the platform by themselves.Based on the above points,this paper designs a research platform of fault diagnosis algorithm of wind power converter,which can carry out real-time monitoring of converter,fault diagnosis logic configuration and fault analysis,and visualization of fault data.Firstly,this paper discusses the background of the subject according to the literature,introduces the current research status of the algorithm research platform at home and abroad,and expounds the significance of the research and development of this platform.Then,this paper introduces the overall communication structure and converter structure of the wind farm,and points out the functional and non functional requirements of the platform according to the characteristics of the target population.After that,this paper expounds the relevant technologies required for the design and implementation of the platform,including the development environment,relevant architecture and relevant algorithms to be used by the platformAccording to the requirements of the platform,the research platform of wind power converter fault diagnosis algorithm is divided into three parts.The first is the wind power converter monitoring system,including data front-end and monitoring software;Next is the database;Then is the fault diagnosis software;The design idea and implementation effect of these three parts are described in detail.Then it is the specific implementation part of the platform.For the research on the fault diagnosis algorithm of wind power converter,the implementation of each part of the platform is described in detail.It focuses on the management of each communication thread in communication logic,the normal operation of communication logic in the environment of many message types and the coexistence of multiple and single messages,the display of Fault Waveform Interface marking point data,the realization of fan animation in general appearance interface,the realization of algorithm library and the data structure and operation mode of fault logic configuration,and then gives the application example of diagnosis software.Finally,based on the work done in this paper,it summarizes the shortcomings of the current fault research platform and the future development trend,and makes a prospect for the future wind power converter fault research platform.
