| Energy is an indispensable key element for national production and the normal operation of human society.In the face of the imminent energy crisis,the concept of energy development is also improving.As urban residents gradually become the main body of energy consumption,the demand for energy is also increasing year by year.However,today,when cities consume 80% of the world’s natural resources,the resources they own are also very limited.Except for some renewable energy,the rest of energy mainly depends on outward transmission.At the same time,due to the current social situation of high energy shortage,the large-scale overuse of fossil energy has also led to serious ecological and environmental pollution.As the core of the "third industrial revolution",the energy Internet is of special significance compared with the traditional energy network.The energy Internet makes the energy network more intelligent,optimizes the production and storage network,reduces the loss reporting rate of energy production,optimizes the power transmission and transformation network,reduces the loss reporting rate of energy consumption,and can also effectively reduce the fluctuation of power under the main network of new energy access distribution network,so as to improve the overall security and power supply reliability of power grid in a wider range.The integrated energy network is based on regional condi tions and with the help of rapidly developing information technology,distributed generation and energy storage technology,which involves the conversion between different forms of energy and the connection of different types of energy networks.Compared w ith the traditional power supply system,it effectively improves the primary energy utilization efficiency and can give full play to the advantages of energy generation/transmission/distribution/use.It has become an important physical carrier of energy Internet theory.The construction of integrated energy system is of great value and significance to the construction and operation of power grid.It can break through the technical barriers with the traditional isolated system,broaden the control boundary of power energy system,realize the flexible application of energy,effectively promote the efficient complementary utilization of multipl e energy sources and the coordinated operation of source network load,and promote the utilization of renewable energy in heating/cooling system.In order to improve comprehensive energy efficiency and promote the transformation of comprehensive energy system to low-carbon,an effective way is proposed.The regional integrated energy system takes the functional area as the unit,provides solutions for the efficient utilization of a variety of energy,promotes the horizontal "electricity/heat/gas/cold" multi type energy complementarity,and the vertical coordination and interaction of various supply links,so as to greatly i mprove the energy utilization efficiency and the ability to absorb the power generation capacity of the new energy power generation system.In this paper,the regional integrated energy system under the background of energy Internet is widely analyzed and discussed,a typical structure of regional integrated energy system is proposed,and the energy equipment is modeled;The evaluation index system of comprehensive energy self-sufficiency rate and energy shortage expectation is given.Considering the above evaluation index system and fully considering the uncertainty of wind power generation,a bi-level optimization model based on heuristic algorithm and multi-objective programming is established to deal with the optimal scheduling problem of regional integr ated energy system under different load modes,multi period and multi scenario scheduling.The hybrid algorithm used in the calculation example is based on quantum evolutionary algorithm and combined with genetic algorithm to verify the practicability and rationality of the model and algorithm. |
