Jet cleaning technology has strong descaling ability and relatively low cost.It is widely used in chemical industry and is often used to clean chemical reaction equipment.In this paper,the cleaning of the adhesive residue on the inner wall and the surface of the blade of the vertical kneader is studied.Market research shows that the current cleaning method of vertical kneader is mainly manual cleaning.Cleaning workers use shovel,scraper and other tools to clean the residual materials attached to the inner wall,bottom and blade of the pan.The working environment is poor,the working intensity is high,and there are certain safety risks for the cleaning of some special materials.This paper proposes to use jet cleaning technology to solve this problem.First of all,according to the basic structure of the vertical kneader and cleaning operation requirements,the jet structure is designed and adjusted,the jet geometry and dynamic pressure distribution are analyzed,and the jet velocity attenuation law is explored.In view of the complex geometry of the equipment,the influence of different impact surfaces on jet flow was analyzed.Aiming at the characteristics of high viscosity and easy spatter in cleaning process,the experimental research was carried out to clarify the range of cleaning parameters to restrain the spatter of materials.Secondly,the vertical kneader was divided into kneading pot and mixing impeller to study the cleaning process.The cleaning parameters of kneading pan rotating nozzle were designed and optimized by numerical simulation method.Orthogonal test was designed to study the cleaning parameters of stirring blades and the response surface method was used to optimize the parameters.The cleaning path planning of kneading pot and stirring blade was carried out respectively,and the cleaning quality evaluation method combining manual evaluation and image processing evaluation was presented.Then,according to the cleaning requirements and cleaning technology,the cleaning system is designed.Through the analysis of the energy balance relationship of the cleaning system,the key equipment such as the pump set was selected,and the pipeline modeling software was developed to design the system pipeline layout.Finally,the cleaning efficiency and effect of the cleaning system are investigated by experiments.
