FX company is an auto parts agent that belongs to heavy post market.With the development of China’s market economy,the intensification of competition and the internal system problems of FX company,FX has accumulated more and more problems that urgently need an effective marketing tactics for development.Based on the analysis of FX company’s industry and related industries,such as heavy-duty automobile industry and automobile parts,it has been concluded that the heavy-duty vehicle parts industry has significant upstream and downstream demand characteristics and single channel characteristics,while also having hidden and persistent problems in brand and business models.The current problem with FX Company’s marketing tactics is the inventory and financial pressure caused by the company’s product layout of entire vehicle parts,which cannot meet the development needs of the enterprise;Pricing is not flexible enough,ignoring market-oriented demand;Overreliance on customer referrals as a single channel leads to insufficient control over customers;The promotional policy also lacks sufficient differentiation.In addition to the traditional 4Ps strategy issues,FX Company’s chaotic customer service has further hindered the company’s future development.Therefore,it is necessary to use the 7Ps marketing theory to comprehensively optimize FX Company’s marketing tactics.By conducting a SWOT analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by FX Company,it was found that the reasons for the current problems of FX Company are unclear marketing objectives,weak marketing concepts,lack of correct market positioning,and a combination of marketing tactics that complement positioning.Aim at these problem,by designing the marketing tactics of FX Company to address the current difficulties faced by FX Company and provide relevant suggestions.The content of marketing tactics optimization includes:product,price,place,promotion,people,process and physical evidence.
