In order to cope with the energy crisis and environmental pollution,countries around the world have begun to vigorously developing new energy sources,especially the solar and wind energy.However,due to the volatility and intermittent nature of wind power and photovoltaic power generation,large-scale access to the grid will lead to serious problems of curtailment of wind and solar power.In addition,with the increase in the global car ownership,the pressure of carbon emission reduction in the transportation sector is also increasing,and the development of electric vehicles can to a certain extent deal with the problems of air pollution and climate change caused by transportation emissions.However,a large number of disordered charging loads of electric vehicles flood into the power grid,which has a great impact on the safe and stable operation of the power grid.According to the load characteristics of electric vehicles,finding a mechanism for the coordinated consumption of electric vehicle charging loads and new energy sources can well solve the problems of grid fluctuations caused by disordered charging of electric vehicles and the bottleneck of wind and solar energy development.Electric vehicles charging loads are a new type of flexible user-side adjustable resources.It can be aggregated and dispatched by load aggregators and coordinated with new energy power in the state of orderly charging,which can not only stabilize the peak-to-valley difference in the power grid,but also promote the consumption of new energy.The rise of the battery swapping mode has improved the convenience and economy of electric vehicle,and policy support at the national level has boosted the rapid development of the battery swapping mode.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the scheduling optimization problem of electric vehicle charging loads in the battery swapping mode.On this basis,this paper proposes an scheduling optimization process and model of charging loads of electric vehicles in charging and swapping stations to promote wind and solar energy consumption.The model is optimized by NSGA-Ⅱ optimization algorithm with the goal of minimum the grid total daily load variance,minimum aggregator cost and maximum new energy consumption,and takes into account the peak load auxiliary service transaction between load aggregators and power grid,the direct electricity purchase transaction between load aggregators and power generator.An example is given to analyze the power loads in a certain area,and the results show that the proposed method can effectively realize orderly charging of electric vehicles,release peak load regulation capacity,absorb more new energy,and reduce the cost of load aggregators and electric vehicle users.
