At present,countries around the world are generally faced with the problem of energy crisis and ecological damage,which has prompted the transformation of power systems in many countries and regions to clean,and promoted the rapid development of new energy power generation technologies such as wind energy and solar energy.This has brought unprecedented challenges to the normal operation of the power system.As an emerging form of renewable energy power generation,CSP has the inertia and dispatchability of conventional power sources,and its flexible operation mode has significant advantages in promoting renewable energy consumption and backup.With the development of the energy Internet,considering tie lines has become an effective means to solve the problem of interconnection of large power grids.Considering that in the current process of developing clean and low-carbon power systems in my country,there are situations such as lack of flexible resources and difficulties in local consumption of electricity in areas rich in new energy.This paper focuses on the optimization of new energy power systems with a high proportion of CSP Schedule a study.First of all,we start with the mechanism of each power generation method of new energy,in which we focus on analyzing CSP,understand the energy conversion process of CSP,and draw the conclusion that CSP can be used as an energy storage device and a wind and solar system to generate electricity together,so as to alleviate the need for new energy.Intermittency and instability of energy generation affect the power system.Then,considering the lack of flexible resources and insufficient system rotating reserve capacity encountered in the work of the current high-proportion new energy power grid,the operation scenario of the solar thermal power station supplying reserve capacity to the system is studied.Based on the heat storage of the CSP station,the operation mode of the CSP station participating in the system backup is modeled.From the perspective of system economy,a day-to-day coordinated optimal scheduling model considering the comprehensive cost is established.Outage status,active power output,and allocation plan for spare capacity.The calculation example results show that this model can not only improve the economy of the power system,but also greatly reduce the phenomenon of load loss,which is beneficial to improve the reliability of dispatching.Finally,in order to deal with the difficulty of large-scale consumption of new energy power generation in the northwest region and the problems existing in the current cross-regional power delivery method,the operation scenario of the power system cross-regional consumption under the leadership of regional new energy including CSP stations is analyzed.and research.Based on the overall benefit of the system,an optimal dispatch model for a high-proportion new energy grid considering the power adjustment of the interval tie line is built.The calculation example results show that this model reduces the loss of load and operating cost of the system,improves the level of new energy consumption,and realizes that a higher proportion of electric energy comes from clean energy,which is conducive to the low-carbon development of the power system.
