As an important power equipment,gas turbines are widely used in energy,aviation,shipbuilding,military and other fields due to their high power density and low noise,and have a very prominent strategic position.In order to prevent surge faults in gas turbines,a three axis gas turbine has been developed based on a dual axis gas turbine.The main difference between a three axis gas turbine and a dual axis gas turbine is that the former delivers power through three axes,while the latter uses two axes.Due to this structural feature,a three axis gas turbine also has better anti surge performance during operation.In practical work,in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of gas turbines,it is necessary to monitor their working process and diagnose faults after they occur.This article takes a three-axis gas turbine as the research object,establishes a performance simulation model,proposes a gas path state monitoring and warning method,and conducts research on fault diagnosis and recognition.Based on these works,this article ultimately proposes a gas path state warning method based on a high-precision performance simulation model.Firstly,in order to address the simulation accuracy issues of the universal performance simulation model for three-axis gas turbines,this article proposes a high-precision performance simulation model that includes matching correction mechanisms.The research results show that the high-precision performance simulation model improved by matching correction mechanism has higher simulation accuracy than the general performance simulation model before improvement,which can effectively support engineering practical applications.Secondly,this article considers the correlation between the performance simulation model of a three-axis gas turbine and the monitoring and warning of gas circuit conditions.Based on this,a warning method based on the performance simulation model is proposed.This method has been verified by actual engineering data and can achieve accurate and effective monitoring and warning of the gas circuit status of a three-axis gas turbine.Thirdly,this article constructs a gas path fault model for a three-axis gas turbine and develops a method for identifying typical gas path faults of a three-axis gas turbine based on typical gas path fault criteria.The correctness of the gas circuit fault model and the effectiveness of fault identification and diagnosis have been verified through actual measurement data.
