With the demand for the construction of smart civil aviation and the digital transformation of civil aviation industry in the development stage of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,it has become the key direction and development goal of the civil aviation industry to speed up the construction of smart civil aviation by tapping the deep value of aviation digital elements and solving the problems of data barriers in the process of transformation to informationization and digitalization.The development goal of the civil aviation industry is to speed up the construction of intelligent civil aviation.At present,China is still using text-based AFTN,which has a high degree of freedom and loose structure,and the use of abbreviated characters leads to poor readability,making it difficult to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data,while the data interactivity between different systems is poor,making it difficult to meet the needs of digital aviation operation.Digital NOTAM manages and publishes aeronautical information service data in digital format,and supports the structured storage and transmission of various aviation events and data in the form of matter template,which makes it possible to share and visualize multiple information platforms of NOTAM.Therefore,the in-depth research on the coding rules of digital NOTAMs and the promotion of digital NOTAMs in China will help to realize the digital transformation of civil aviation industry.This paper is based on the event template of the Airspace-related digital NOATMs,and how the traditional NOTAM is transformed into a standard structural digital NOTAM as the research focus,and conducts research on the digital conversion process and visual application of the Airspace-related NOTAMs.Based on the study of the coding scenarios and event templates of digital NOTAMs,the principles and modelling process of digital NOTAMs are analysed.Taking airspace NOTAMs as the object of study,the composition and classification of existing airspace NOTAMs in China are compared,and their digitisability is statistically analysed.The structure and characteristics of traditional NOTAMs are analysed,and an LSTM named entity recognition method incorporating an attention mechanism is developed to extract key information from airspace text NOTAMs by combining Natural Language Processing(NLP)theory and techniques.Based on this method,the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated through the validation and evaluation index analysis of traditional Airspace-related NOTAMs.Based on the extraction of key information from text NOTAMs and AIXM(Aeronautical information exchange model)entity modelling rules,combined with UUID(Universal Unique Identifiers),XLL(e Xtensible Linking Language)and other key technologies,the encoding and mapping method of airspace-based digital NOTAMs is summarised.digitally encode the traditional NOTAMs according to the encoding principles of key elements of AIXM,and perform encoding and mapping example verification.At the same time,the workflow of spatial visualization of a Airspace-related NOTAMs is constructed using structured NOTAM information,and the dynamic visualization of Airspace-related digital NOTAMs data is realized with the example of NOTAMs. |
