Three-dimensional Design Of High-density Urban Park

With the development of industrial economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the population,space,production and consumption resources are highly concentrated,which promotes the prosperity of the city and also brings the change of the urban pattern.Highdensity cities have high population density,high building density,high price of urban land and a trend of fine differentiation.In such an environment,problems gradually appear such as shortage of urban construction land,high population density,traffic congestion,environmental deterioration,and increasingly significant contradiction between urban green space and urban building land.As a result,space resources available for green construction in cities are very limited.How to meet residents’ demand for green space and shape outdoor green space conducive to the healthy development of the city and urban population has become one of the important issues that must be faced in the current highquality urban development under the condition of scarce high-density urban land.In this context,this paper takes Shanghai Lujiazui Central green space as a case to try to take three-dimensional landscape space as the research content,and proposes four design strategies on the basis of relevant theoretical research and case analysis.The first is the overall linkage strategy of the site,focusing on solving the problems of low integration and weak regional linkage between the site and the surrounding environment.The second is the spatial function compound strategy,focusing on solving the problem of single functional space and low utilization rate.The third is the three-dimensional growth strategy of plants,which aims to solve the problems of poor site environment and weak sense of space experience.The fourth is the organizational strategy of the traffic system,which focuses on solving the problems of low travel degree and poor accessibility within the site.It is hoped that the research of Lujiazui central green space in this paper can provide some inspiring theoretical and practical results for high-density urban park construction and urban construction.
