| At present,digitalization is still in the initial stage of transformation.Construction often places more emphasis on experience than other industries because of its complexity and uncertainty.With the continuous advancement of our country’s industrialization and Information technology,the concept of Building Information Modeling(BIM)has also gradually landed and been used in engineering construction.The core of building information model is information.Data is the carrier of information.The popularization and application of BIM related technologies will greatly reduce the dependence of the whole industry on experience in the future.There are few prefabricated structures in underground construction.Moreover,there is a lack of practical cases of applying BIM related technology to the design and construction of prefabricated underground structures.Based on the subway station project of Beijing Metro Line 16,this paper proposes the design of prefabricated underground structure system.The collaborative construction technology of prefabricated underground structure is determined.BIM technology is applied in the process of design and construction to give full play to the advantages of visualization.This method can effectively improve the design and construction level of prefabricated underground structure.The main achievements of the research are as follows:(1)Put forward the concept of prefabricated underground structure based on reverse method improvement.The green construction method of structure cooperative construction is developed.Prefabricated underground structure is a frame type underground structure composed of beam,column and bottom plate.Composite or prefabricated plate members are assembled in the frame.The construction method of the structure does not require special excavation of foundation pit.The structure takes advantage of its own force during collaborative excavation.The structure uses the prefabricated structure as the template structure.The resource consumption of temporary support and formwork of foundation pit is reduced.And construction is faster.The whole structure can effectively cope with the deformation of the enclosure structure.It can reduce the impact of construction on the surrounding environment.(2)The information transmission framework of BIM design and construction is constructed by integrating model and data visualization.The whole process of modeling,analysis,expression and sharing of prefabricated underground structure based on BIM technology is realized.Firstly,the model design of prefabricated underground structure system and components is established.Secondly,the model is used for numerical simulation analysis.Then use the model to carry on the construction visualization simulation.Finally,the model and data information are integrated for sharing.(3)The rationality of the prefabricated underground structure design and construction system is verified by numerical analysis and visual simulation.The prefabricated underground structure model established by Revit was placed in FLAC3 D software for analysis.By comparison,it can be seen that the support structure of prefabricated underground structure has smaller displacement and less impact on the surrounding environment compared with the traditional open-excavation structure.The prefabricated underground structure has better stress form and less influence on the structure during construction.(4)Based on the visualization advantage of BIM,the separation of static entity and construction dynamic data is solved.Fully expand the model information application and visualization function.Taking the construction site of prefabricated underground structure as the object,the construction decision is analyzed by using the model data.The analysis results are assigned to the original model for display.The construction rationality was verified by virtual simulation.Interactive scenarios are also added to the model.The above comprehensively improves the visualization effect of the model.The purpose of this study is to promote the application of BIM technology in underground engineering.It provides a new idea for the design and construction of underground structure and assembly type.It can also provide reference for the research and application of related fields. |
