Transportation is an important foundation for a country’s rapid development.Observing the transportation of a city or county can indirectly reflect the economic development status of the region.The congestion of road traffic can lead to an extension of travel time,delays in personnel work,and easily lead to accidents.Schools are often located in prime urban areas,with a dense traffic flow and frequent traffic congestion,which has always been a challenge faced by traffic managers.At the same time,they have a certain degree of complexity and difficulty in governance.In order to provide theoretical reference for traffic managers to manage congestion and better alleviate the pressure of traffic congestion in school areas,this article mainly conducts research on school congestion evaluation,congestion evolution,and the efficient intelligent optimization organization scheme designed in this article.Firstly,starting from the transportation problems in the school area,combined with the actual situation of the school area,analyze the characteristics of the generation,types,spatiotemporal distribution,and related factors of school congestion.Review the analysis results,clarify the formation of characteristics and the underlying mechanisms that induce school congestion.Second,the assessment index is optimized with the intention of quantifying congestion.The analytical hierarchy process and the entropy weight approach are both utilized in game theory for combinatorial optimization.The target combination weight is determined by combining the case study,and the membership function is constructed by referring to the relevant norms to obtain an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Taking a typical intersection in the school area as an example,a simulation model was built,and multiple different traffic scenarios were designed,including input mode of traffic flow,composition mode of traffic flow,intersection width,etc.Indicator data was collected and processed to analyze the changes in congestion indicator curves and congestion evaluation curves under each scenario.The evolution law of school intersection congestion over time was analyzed,and key points of attention for school intersections were proposed based on the characteristics and evolution law of the scene.Applying Macroscopic Fundamental Diagram theory(MFD)to congestion discrimination in school areas,considering some data characteristics in traditional MFD models and considering the relationship between operating vehicles and transportation efficiency from a macro perspective,this thesis constructs the MFD model based on the data of operating vehicles and departing vehicles in the school area.Based on the model formula and characteristics,a formula for the ultimate bearing capacity of vehicles in the school area is proposed.Based on the research of typical school regions and referring to actual research data,a simulation model was built to design multiple different traffic scenarios including traffic flow input methods,traffic flow composition modes,import and export forms,key intersections,etc.The improved MFD model was applied,and the data was integrated using the multi-dimensional Gaussian model EM iterative algorithm to analyze the changes in Macroscopic Fundamental Diagram curves under each scenario,and the evolution law of school regional congestion over time was analyzed,Propose key points of attention for the school area based on the characteristics and evolution of the scene.Afterwards,a new concept was proposed for optimizing the regional organization of the school.Starting from student safety,efficient road operation,and avoiding regional congestion,a reasonable,comprehensive,and systematic design was carried out to construct the intelligent transportation scheme system in this article.The discussion was conducted from the aspects of intelligent control system,safety corridors,waiting areas,entrances and exits,and guidance facilities,and its main implementation functions were outlined.Finally,based on the design concept of intelligent organization optimization in Chapter 5,a typical school road section in a city was selected to simulate and compare the road efficiency before and after the implementation of the plan.The results show that after the implementation of the plan,the overall operating efficiency of the road section has been improved,and the operation of pedestrians,private cars,and non motorized vehicles is more orderly.The plan was demonstrated in terms of superiority,feasibility,and other aspects,From multiple perspectives,it has been confirmed that the intelligent organization optimization ideas and plans in this article are practical and feasible.
