Energy Consumption Simulation Study And Benefit Analysis Of Solar Assisted Absorption Heat Pump Heating System

Abstract/Summary:
With the advancement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,how to solve the problems of serious pollution and large energy consumption in social and economic development has become a top priority.As an inexhaustible source of clean energy,solar energy can achieve zero emission of pollutants during use,but solar energy has the disadvantages of instability and intermittent.Absorption heat pump technology has become a new technology in the field of energy saving.It is widely used in heating systems and plays an important role in reducing energy consumption and emissions.In this paper,from the perspective of making full use of solar energy and reducing the energy consumption of heating system,a solar-assisted absorption heat pump unit heating system is proposed by combining solar energy with absorption heat pump unit.The working principle of the system is introduced,and the main components of the system are analyzed and the corresponding mathematical model is established.Three different heating operation modes of the system are designed.Taking the winter heating of a residential building in Tai’an area as an example,the simulation model of the heating system in the heating season is built by TRNSYS software.The main components and system performance parameters of the system are simulated,and the results are output and analyzed comprehensively.Finally,through the comparison of different heating schemes,the comprehensive analysis of economy,energy saving and environmental protection is carried out,which provides the basis for the superiority of solar assisted absorption heat pump unit heating system.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall performance parameters of the system in the heating season and the typical daily performance parameters in the heating season are simulated and analyzed respectively.The results show that the average water supply temperature of the heating system changes from55.2°C to 61.7°C during the whole heating season,which meets the heating demand of the terminal building.The cumulative heat supply of the heat pump unit is 164296.7 k Wh,the average heat collection efficiency of the solar collector system is 0.33,and the average COP of the unit is 1.69.During the operation of the unit on a typical day in the heating season,the maximum solar collector efficiency is 0.465,and the maximum COP of the unit is 1.74.The solar assisted absorption heat pump unit heating system has a solar collector system.Compared with the ordinary absorption heat pump heating system,the energy efficiency ratio of the system is about 0.25 higher on average,and the energy consumption of the system is relatively low.(2)The effects of solar collector area,installation angle and collector flow per unit area on the performance parameters of solar-assisted absorption heat pump heating system were investigated.The simulation results show that when the collector area is 300m2,the system energy efficiency ratio is 1.9,and the collection efficiency is 0.33.When the installation angle of the collector is 36°,the solar radiation intensity received by the solar collector is the maximum;when the collector flow per unit area is 50 kg/(h m2),the system power consumption is the smallest at this time.(3)By comparing the solar assisted absorption heat pump heating system(scheme 1),ordinary absorption heat pump heating system(scheme 2)and gas boiler heating system(scheme 3),the economy,energy saving and environmental protection are analyzed.The results show that the initial investment cost of scheme 1 is higher than that of other schemes,but the operating cost is lower than that of other schemes.Scheme 1 has the lowest energy consumption during operation.When all the energy consumption of the system is converted into standard coal consumption,Scheme 1 only consumes 20129.39 kg standard coal.During the operation of the exergy system,the pollutant emission scheme 1 is lower than other systems,emitting49518 kg of CO2,434.8 kg of SO2 and 202.2 kg of soot.Compared with other heating systems,the solar-assisted absorption heat pump unit heating system proposed in this paper has better heating performance,higher solar energy utilization,less fossil energy consumption,and less pollutant emission,and has better energy conservation as well as environmental protection,which provides certain reference value for the design and promotion of new energy-saving and emission reduction heating systems.
