| With the rapid development of China’s society and economy,people’s living standards are improving and their requirements for indoor heating comfort in winter are getting higher and higher.Floor heating has gradually replaced traditional heating methods such as radiators and air conditioners as the mainstream because of its advantages such as uniform temperature,space saving,clean and environmental protection.Wooden flooring has become the preferred flooring material for floor heating decoration because of its elegant appearance,good heat preservation and impact mitigation.However,at present,in the domestic wood flooring sales market,consumers can choose and buy wood flooring only for its appearance and color,brand type and so on.And for the comfort degree and energy saving degree of wood flooring,China does not yet have a perfect testing technology system to quantitatively evaluate,and cannot become an option for consumers to consider,so the research on the thermal and physical properties of wood flooring has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the wood flooring industry.In response to the above problems,this thesis puts forward the concept of slow-release performance of wood flooring.Based on the internal heat transfer law of the cavity,the detection principle and analysis method of wood flooring retardation performance are proposed,and a closed adiabatic spherical detection cavity is constructed and divided into an upper cavity with built-in temperature sensor array for temperature detection and a lower cavity with built-in heating module for temperature regulation.At the same time,a complete set of wood flooring retarding performance testing instrument with temperature control system,vacuum system,electric control system and human-computer interaction system is developed with the closed adiabatic spherical testing chamber as the core.The temperature control system of the instrument adopts the limiting fuzzy PID algorithm to control the experimental temperature,and the electronic control system adopts the self-developed main controller to control the functions of each executive component.The user can set the experimental parameters and test the slow release performance of different wood flooring through the human-computer interaction interface of the upper computer.The wood flooring specimen is placed on the heating module of the testing chamber for constant temperature heating,and the specimen will slowly release heat at the top after the bottom of the specimen absorbs heat to cause changes in the surface temperature of the specimen and the internal temperature of the testing chamber,and the PT100 temperature sensor and DS18B20 temperature sensor array will collect and transmit the temperature data of these two parts to the host computer in real time and display them in the HMI interface.At the same time,the testing instrument program system will store the two parts of temperature data for subsequent data processing and law research.In order to further study the slow-release performance and thermal slow-release law of wood flooring,this thesis conducts slow-release experiments on 20 different wood species and different sizes of wood flooring specimens to obtain their test table slow-release temperature data and slow-release temperature field data.For the test surface temperature data,this thesis uses the L-M algorithm to establish the test surface temperature mitigation curve model of wood flooring,and obtain the mitigation law of different wood species and different sizes of wood flooring test surface temperature change with time;for the mitigation temperature field data,the mitigation performance values of different wood flooring species are obtained through numerical calculation,and the BP neural network is used to train the time,coordinate,temperature field and other data in time and space dimensions.The trained neural network model has a very good fit.At the same time,the temperature field modeling is used to analyze the slow-release temperature field intuitively and explore the temperature field slow-release law of different wood flooring.The concept of wood flooring retarding performance,the testing principle and analysis method proposed in this thesis,the developed testing instrument for wood flooring retarding performance and the research on the test table and temperature field thermal retarding law of wood flooring are of great significance to the development of wood flooring industry standards. |
