The construction industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economy,but the problems brought by its fragmentation and rough development mode are especially prominent in the context of the new era,and the high-quality development of the construction industry is imperative.With the characteristics of time optimization,green environment protection and standardization,assembled construction meets the development requirements of building industrialization and will have a broad application prospect in the critical period of transformation of China’s construction industry.The assembled structural components are an important part of the assembled system,however,the digital design of components under the existing system is inefficient and the degree of informationization is low,which is difficult to meet the application requirements.The BIM technology has the characteristics of complete information,coordination and parameterization,therefore,its integration in the application of informationization of assembled structural components will help promote the application of assembled buildings and improve the industrialization and informationization of assembled buildings.In view of the difficulties in deepening design and construction of assembly structure components,this thesis,based on the in-depth study of existing solutions and engineering requirements,develops "assembly structure component splitting and reinforcement program" and"assembly structure component and reinforcement coding program" with BIM technology as a tool,and builds a BIM-based assembly structure component informtion application module to realize standardization rate calculation,engineering measurement unit optimization and web platform application."Based on this,we build a BIM-based information application module for assembled structural members to realize standardized rate calculation,engineering measurement unit optimization and Web platform application,forming a set of deepening design and information application scheme for assembled structural members to realize the application of data in the main stages of engineering construction and improve the informationization of assembled buildings.The main research contents and results of this thesis are as follows.(1)The modeling standard and modeling process are set for the assembled structural members,and the parametric reinforcement family is established.Based on this,we develop BIM-based automatic splitting and automatic reinforcing program for assembled structural members,which is based on parametric and intelligent design concept.(2)Through the study of classification and coding system and atlas specification,combined with the actual needs of the project,the assembly structure components are classified and coding structure is set,based on this,the information coding program of assembly structure components based on BIM technology is developed based on the model after the dismantling and distribution of reinforcement,which realizes the one-key coding of components,and the component reinforcement is given the host code.On this basis,some information is extracted selectively,and the calculation form is used to realize the calculation of standardization rate of components(based on Shandong Province standard)and optimization of quantity measurement units,and to elaborate the application value of information sharing in the main stages of engineering construction.(3)Take an assembled public building in Jinan City as an example to verify the practicality of the self-developed program.Realize the splitting,reinforcement,coding and member reinforcement coding of building structural slab and structural wall,and also explore the information sharing on Web side based on BIM technology,and initially realize Web model viewing and information viewing.
