| Catenary is the important facility of high-speed railway,and its operating state affects the current collection quality of trains.In order to ensure the stable operation of the train,it is essential to monitor the catenary status.The gateway node is the key device for data transmission in the catenary monitoring system,which is the connection hub for remote communication networks and wireless sensor networks.If the gateway node fails,sensing monitoring data cannot be transmitted,and the monitoring system will fail.Therefore,the normal operation of the gateway node is an important foundation for achieving catenary monitoring.Based on the catenary monitoring system platform,the key technologies of gateway node memory management and maintainability design are studied.The main research contents and work are as follows:Firstly,the functional requirements of the monitoring gateway are analyzed in depth,and the communication protocol and the network access method of the node are designed to realize the data transmission function of the gateway node.In the networking method of multiple network nodes,a cross redundant networking method is proposed,which improves the coverage of the downstream sensor network and ensured the stable transmission of communication data.Secondly,in order to meet the integrity and real-time requirements of node data processing,for the memory data management of the gateway node,buffer zones are established for the communication data of the upstream and downstream networks,to mitigate the impact of uneven communication rates among different networks,and to ensure the reliable transmission of node data during the communication process.In case of failure scenarios such as mobile communication network paralysis,a data processing mechanism for abnormal network outages is designed in combination with off-chip flash memory,improving the non-volatility of the on-site sensor device data.Finally,aiming at the adaptability requirements and function expansion services of gateway nodes to different monitoring environments,a wireless upgrade method based on downlink wireless sensor networks is designed to enable gateway nodes to flexibly update their firmware programs and improve the maintainability of gateway nodes.The gateway node has been operating on a high-speed railway line for more than a year,which can realize the stable transmission of sensor monitoring data to the data center and provide important reference for operators and managers in catenary status monitoring. |
