In recent years,the large-scale operation of high-speed railway in China has brought convenience to the vast number of passengers.However,due to the complexity of the organization of the high-speed railway,it is faced with random and changeable internal and external environments during the operation.So train delays are likely to occur.In the condition of increasing traffic density,it is an urgent problem to reduce the impact of train delays on the safe operation of high-speed railway trains and passenger’s travel.In the train organization,firstly,according to the different characteristics of the delayed trains,the train delay level is divided scientifically and reasonably,which can make it more convenient for the train dispatchers to quickly and accurately realize the screening and prediction of the delay level and improve the efficiency of the adjustment of the delayed train.At present,the researches about train delay level is rare.Based on the actual train operation performance,this thesis carried out the following research.Firstly,based on the theory and method of high-speed railway train delay classification,clean and process the actual operation data of trains of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway from January to March.Then conduct a descriptive statistical analysis and compare the condition of the train delays during working days,holidays and the Spring Festival travel period.Lastly,the macroscopic distribution law of train delays is obtained,which provides a reference for the follow-up delay classification research.Secondly,combining the characteristics of the data and the existing research,construct an evaluation index system for train delay classification from three dimensions of the status of the delayed train and the impact of the delayed train on the station and other trains.Then K-means clustering algorithm is selected.Cluster analysis is carried out on the standardized data of train delay classification index and the best clustering result is obtained.According to the result,the characteristics of each type of data are obtained from the original data,and the delayed trains are divided into I,II,Grades III and IV,and corresponding rules for grading of delays have been formulated.Finally,based on the classification rules of high-speed railway train delays,the dynamic analysis of train delay levels in station sequence and the dynamic analysis of station delay response in time series are carried out for using Markov chains.And the dynamic rules of train delays are found.According to the national conditions,this thesis analyzes the changing process of train delay levels in station sequence during the Spring Festival travel period.Finally,according to the above dynamic analysis results,qualitative and feasible suggestions for the dynamic adjustment of high-speed railway train delays are put forward.
