| Suspension monorail vehicle has strong lateral stability,climbing ability,small floor area,easy to disassemble,short construction cycle,low cost incomparable advantages.Therefore,it has been widely used in many foreign cities.However,due to the special bogie structure,frequent starting/braking,complex stress and other factors,the running wheel of the suspension monorail vehicle has been seriously worn.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the wear of running wheels of mounted monorail vehicles.In this thesis,the material properties of tread rubber and reinforcement layer are analyzed,and the finite element model of running wheel is established.Secondly,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of simulated running rolling methods,the hybrid EulerLagrange(steady state transmission)method was selected.Then,Archard wear model,ALE adaptive mesh technology and Umeshmotion subroutine were used to study the influence of operating conditions and motion parameters on running wheel wear.Finally,Simpack modeling is adopted to study the running wheel wear when the suspension monorail curve passes,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Under the condition of only changing the load,the contact area,deformation degree and maximum normal contact pressure between the running wheel and the running rail surface all increase with the increase of the load.With the increase of load,the grounding mark gradually changes from ellipse to rectangle,and the grounding area also increases.The protrusion degree of tire side near the wheel-rail contact is also more obvious.When the load is larger than the rated load,the average wear height increases with the increase of the load.In the case of only changing the speed,the impact on the ground pressure and ground area of the tire tread is small,but the speed will cause the increase of longitudinal and lateral slip force,resulting in slip,causing tread wear.But speed has little effect on tread wear.In the case of only changing the inflation pressure,too low or too high pressure of the running wheel will lead to the aggravation of running tire surface wear,and will change the distribution of tread wear.Too high pressure will lead to a decrease in the ground area,the tread on both sides of the outward expansion,wear to the tread center,resulting in faster crown wear;The pressure is too low,resulting in the center of the tread warping off the ground,the ground pressure on both sides of the tread increases,so that the shoulder wear is larger.Therefore,the tire pressure should be checked regularly to ensure that the pressure value as far as possible for the walking wheel specified value.When only the adhesion coefficient is changed,the tread wear height increases with the increase of the adhesion coefficient,but the wear distribution does not change.2.In the starting/braking state,the running-rail grounding mark appears wide in front and narrow in back along the forward direction,and the maximum compressive stress mainly appears in the front of the running-rail contact area,and the wear height of the front of the running-rail contact surface is greater than that of the rear.This wear law will cause polygon wear.Under the slip anger condition,the contact marks between the running wheel and the rail surface gradually move to the slip anger direction with the increase of the slip anger,and the position of the maximum grounding pressure also moves with it.Finally,the peak value region is formed at the longitudinal pattern groove in the slip anger direction,and the wear height increases gradually along the slip anger direction.In camber condition,with the increase of camber,the grounding mark is approximately trapezoid.When the wheel is rolled,the normal stress of the running wheel is unevenly distributed on the width of the impression,and the wear height increases gradually along the rolling direction.The distribution of ground pressure of running wheels under curve compound condition is significantly different from that under single factor,but the distribution of ground pressure of running wheels under different curve radius is similar.With the increase of curve radius,the load of running wheel changes correspondingly,but the change trend is not big,resulting in a small change in the distribution of grounding pressure of single running wheel. |
