Railway transportation has experienced a long period of development in China, and the scale of construction is already large enough. The main task at this stage has changed from railway construction to railway operation and maintenance. In this context, the influencing factors of rail damage and deterioration are analyzed to improve the detection of flaw detection. The reasonable utilization of limited operation and maintenance resources is conducive to reducing security risks and reducing operation and maintenance costs. In view of the fact that the current rail damage data is the data that can most directly reflect the real state of the rail, and the rail damage data can reflect the rail deterioration law to a certain extent, the author standardized various data to ensure the accuracy of the data and improve the data collection. The structural equation model is introduced into the rail damage analysis to study the deterioration of the rail damage in a complex environment, and conduct in-depth mining of the rail damage data. The main work is as follows: Firstly, according to the existing rail-related data, the rules for the association of various data in time and space are proposed, and multi-body dynamics simulation is introduced for the association between wear data and damage data.,Based on Archard wear theory, the rail wear curve is drawn, and the wear adjustment formula is proposed to adjust the wear data to ensure that the wear data is related to the damage data in time and space, which provides a data basis for subsequent research; For various types of data tables, the E-R logical conceptual model is constructed according to the actual situation, and the logical relationship between the databases is intuitively described.Based on the MySQL database,a rail damage multi-source database is built, and the SQL language is used to call the rail damage data. The accuracy and use efficiency of the rail damage data are analyzed. Finally, the structural equation model is introduced into the research of the rail damage cause analysis, and the variable continuous processing is carried out for the ordered categorical variable rail damage data to eliminate the categorical variables. The influence of the model structure and the introduction of rail grinding data into the model analysis. In this study, the damage causes of the inner rail and the outer rail of the small curve radius section were analyzed respectively. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The number of damaged rails on the positive line and the station line is negatively correlated with the temperature, which is in winter. The number of rail damages is large, and the number of damages in summer is small;(2)The damage caused by the rail in the early stage of service is mainly related to the base metal of the rail, and the later damage is mainly the fatigue damage of the rail;(3)The damage to the rail The factors that have the greatest influence on the development are the cumulative total passing weight, and with the increase of the total passing weight, they all accelerate the damage and deterioration of the rail;(4)The line shape will affect the development of the rail damage, the radius of the curve, the superelevation of the outer rail,The increase of the length of the relaxation curve can slow down the development of damage, and the increase of the slope will accelerate the deterioration speed of the rail on the inside of the curve, but it has little effect on the rail on the outside of the curve;(5)For the rail on the outside of the curve, there is competition between vertical wear and rail damage.(6)For the rails on the inner side of the curve, the lateral wear has no significant effect on the deterioration of the rails, and the vertical wear will increase the deterioration of the rails on the inner side of the curve.
