Rod fastening rotor is a key part of heavy duty gas turbine.Its structure is complex and its working environment is bad.In order to ensure the operation safety of heavy duty gas turbine unit,the research on the fault diagnosis of rod fastening rotor is of great significance.This paper studies the fault diagnosis of rod fastening rotor.Extract the fault feature vector of each measuring point of the rod fastening rotor test-bed,and take it as the input for fault diagnosis;Then the improved D-S evidence theory is used to perform decision-level fusion of the fault diagnosis results of each measuring point,and the final fault diagnosis results are obtained.The details are as follow:(1)Typical fault analysis and Simulation of rod fastening rotor of heavy gas turbine.The typical faults and vibration characteristics of heavy duty gas turbine rod fastening rotor are analyzed,and the key characteristics of typical fault vibration signals of gas turbine rod fastening rotor are summarized.Using the built rod fastening rotor test-bed,experiments are designed to simulate five typical faults of rod fastening rotor.(2)Denoise the signal at each sampling point.The adaptive wavelet threshold denoising based on white noise test is used to denoise the vibration signals collected at each sampling point.The effectiveness of the denoising method is verified by the actual signal.(3)Fault feature extraction of rod fastening rotor.The wavelet packet decomposition tree is pruned according to the fault frequency characteristics of the rod fastening rotor.The wavelet packet energy spectrum of the signal is obtained according to the pruned wavelet packet decomposition tree,and combined with the wavelet packet energy spectrum entropy,it is used as the fault characteristics of the rod fastening rotor.(4)Fault diagnosis is carried out according to the fault characteristics of each sampling point.Taking the fault characteristics as the input of multilayer perceptron,the fault diagnosis model of rod fastening rotor multilayer perceptron is constructed.Experimental results show that this method has high fault diagnosis accuracy(5)Carry out fault diagnosis according to the fault characteristics of each measuring point.Taking the fault characteristics as the input of multi-layer perceptron,a multi-layer perceptron fault diagnosis model of typical faults of rod fastening rotor is constructed.Experimental results show that this method has high fault diagnosis accuracy. |
