With the rapid development of China’s economy,and the traffic flow continues to increase,the early highway has been difficult to withstand the existing traffic load,some highways have entered the phase of overhaul.The large-traffic highways has the characteristics of large traffic volume and complex vehicle models.During the overhaul period,it will inevitably have an impact on the traffic speed and route selection of the transit and regional traffic.Therefore,it is very necessary to design an effective traffic organization plan for the overhaul of large-flow highways,to divert the traffic,reduce the mutual interference between construction and traffic,and to ensure the safety and smoothness of road network traffic.In view of this,this thesis studies the traffic organization of largetraffic highway construction.Firstly,it introduces the traffic characteristics of large-traffic highways construction from four aspects:people,vehicles,environment and traffic flow,and analyzes the concept of traffic capacity,influencing factors and calculation.Detailing the application of modern information technology(blockchain technology and Internet of Things technology)and intelligent devices in vehicle monitoring,traffic information collection,information dissemination,etc.to provide a reliable data basis for the design of traffic organization scheme.Then,combined with the construction case of Tan-shao Highway overhaul(phase I),to summarize the design principles and general ideas of construction traffic organization,and designed the traffic organization plan from the road section traffic organization and road network traffic organization and contingency plan.Finally,based on vehicle operation The evaluation index system of the traffic organization scheme for the overhaul construction of the large-flow expressway is constructed from the three aspects of point,line and surface.The proposed traffic organization scheme is simulated by VISSIM software to determine the traffic organization scheme,and based on the simulation output,the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the traffic organization scheme to determine the superiority of the traffic organization scheme and the good implementation effect.The study of this thesis provides reference and reference for the design of traffic organization scheme,construction of evaluation index system and evaluation of scheme for large-traffic highway.
