| The development of economy and the evolution of international relations has seen China placing ever-increasing emphasis on the aerospace sector.Our aerospace manufacturing sector is gradually catching up with the state of the art of the industry;civil aviation,animportant aspect of the “stronger-through-aviation” strategy,is entering a period of rapid growth in the past decade,marked by the establishment of COMAC.While placing equal importance on military and civil aircrafts poses a challenge for aviation manufacturing,it also presents a great opportunity,providing the landing gear manufacturing industry with a window for fast-paced development.For civil aviation companies,whose products are largely guided by the market economy,in addition to the stringent requirements for delivery time and quality,production costs are also one of the core manifestations of its competitiveness.This paper uses the civil aircraft landing gear business unit undertaken by Company A as its subject of study.Through various methods including study of literature,survey and research,as well as quantitative and qualitative analyses,the paper analyzes the status quo of internal cost control,production organization and planning in the production and manufacturing of civil aircraft landing gears within the company,and with the aim of reducing production costs and the strategy of LEAN manufacturing and eliminating waste,highlights methods to lower the costs throughout the entire manufacturing process and enhancing the competitiveness of the company while guaranteeing the fulfilment of customer expectations in delivery time and quality.The paper focuses on two specific problems observed in the production process of civil landing gears,namely high manufacturing costs and unsatisfactory delivery performance,performs necessary analyses and calculations,and proposes improvement tactics and measures in the aspects of production organization and planning,drafting and implementation of managerial regulations,supplier control and management,skills and morale of working personnel,complete with specific actions to be taken.The paper places its emphasis on the organizational analyses for processes including machining,heat and surface treatments as well as physical and chemical tests and performs quantitative analysis on the distribution of resources in the machining process;through analysis of whether specific parts are produced using social resources and application of the advanced manufacturing mindset,a logical calculation is derived to achieve maximized internal production capability and reduced production costs through minimized amortization of fixed assets. |
