Motivation And Effect Analysis Of Introducing Strategic Investors Into Lithium Battery Equipment Enterprises

At present double carbon is always as a hotspot promoting the sustainable development of our country.Developing new energy industry and new energy technology is an important way to achieve the goal of double carbon.In the context of the rapid development of downstream lithium batteries,new energy vehicles,lithium equipment will continue to grow demand.But our country lithium electric equipment still faces certain difficulty at present.The introduction of strategic investors can effectively relieve capital pressure and provide strategic resources such as market,technology and experience.Based on the above research background,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign researches.From the macro environment and the development strategy of Lead Intelligent Equipment,this paper analyzes the motivation for the leading enterprises in lithium equipment industry to introduce strategic investors into lead intelligence.Then from the governance level,market response level and performance level analysis effect.And the possible risks are analyzed.The findings are as follows: first of all,policy promotion and market competition are macro factors driving the introduction of strategic investors into Lead Intelligent Equipment.Capital demand,technology demand,industrial chain coordination,globalization strategy,improving governance structure are the strategic needs of the development of Lead Intelligent Equipment itself.There are four reasons why Contemporary Amperex Technology chooses to buy into Lead Intelligent Equipment: market competition,improvement of industrial chain,improvement of technological innovation level and alleviation of capacity shortage.Then through the analysis of the effect of the introduction of strategic investors into Lead Intelligent Equipment,we find that: first,the introduction of strategic investors can improve the governance structure of Lead Intelligent Equipment;Second,the introduction of strategic investors can bring positive market response to the Lead Intelligent Equipment and enhance the enterprise value.Third,the introduction of strategic investors can supplement the Lead Intelligent Equipment capital,relieve the capital pressure caused by the Lead Intelligent Equipment expansion,and improve the level of Lead Intelligent Equipment technology and business performance;Fourthly,there are some potential risks in introducing strategic investors,including the loss of cooperation opportunities with other battery manufacturers and the risk of Contemporary Amperex Technology being the largest customer.At last,according to the above research and analysis,this paper draws several enlightenments: first,choose the right strategic investors according to their own needs;Second,strategic investors help to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises;Third,we need to guard against potential risks from strategic investors.It is hoped that the research results of introducing strategic investors into lithium equipment enterprises can be enriched.And provide practical guidance and reference value for the development of lithium equipment industry.
