The aging population is growing every year due to the development of the global economy and society,human health is also becoming more important,and the demands of medical care are also growing year by year.Advances in science and technology continue to increase the scale of the medical device market,but the market share of high end medical devices is still monopolised by international giants,and domestic firms can barely maintain competitiveness in the middle and lower end of the market and get a small profit margin.The government has taken a series of steps to support the development of China’s medical equipment,especially in the area of high end medical equipment,in order to meet the health needs of the population.National companies are actively investing large amounts of resources to improve the level of national medical care and to promote the development of China’s medical industry."Long-term dynamic wireless ECG detection system" is a high-end medical device with the potential to greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy function of patients with arrhythmias."Long-term dynamic wireless ECG sensing system" is the primary product developed and produced by ES Company.STP theory suggests that firms can subdivide the market by splitting the level and prevalence of medical facilities,in order to gain a better understanding of the major and minor target markets,which is of great importance for business development.Following extensive analysis and research,this paper proposes a long-term innovative multi-lead wearable in terms of products based on the marketing strategy of the 4P theory,with the aim of achieving a better market effect and reducing equipment costs through cooperation with domestic manufacturers.A variety of measures will be taken to improve channel efficiency,including leasing of medical devices and packaging of cardiac electrophysiology projects.From the point of view of pricing strategy,multi-channel pricing methods,differential product line pricing method,and development stage pricing method will be adopted.We will also extend the propaganda of the benefits of "long-term dynamic ECG monitoring",establishing demonstration hospitals in provinces and cities across the country,as well as advancing comprehensive plans.Lastly,marketing strategy implementation can be ensured through optimization of organizational structure,improvements in the allocation of human resources,improvements in the service mechanism and the implementation of economic.The aim of this paper is to provide practical marketing guidance for the ES company and to provide a reference for SMEs in the high end medical device industry at home and abroad,in order to effectively constitute and enhance the market for China’s medical device industry.scale.
