| With the rapid development of modern industry,the transport volume of hazardous materials is increasing day by day.Although the probability of hazardous materials transport accidents is low,hazardous materials have different states of existence and characteristics such as toxic and harmful,flammable and explosive.Once an accident occurs in the transport process of hazardous materials,the domino effect may be disastrous,bringing potential personal and property injury risks to residents near the route.It can even cause irreversible effects on the surrounding environment.With the increasing proportion of hazardous materials transport on domestic roads,more and more scholars begin to study the field of hazardous materials transport path planning.This paper studies the route planning of hazardous materials vehicles,integrates road traffic resilience into risk objectives,and considers the influence of carbon emission factors and transportation costs on route planning while reducing transport risks to build a hazardous materials transport model.Specific research contents are as follows:In this study,a multi-objective hazardous material transport route planning model was established considering road traffic resilience and low carbon.The model considered the uncertainty of demand and time,takes transportation cost,transportation risk and carbon emission as targets,and transported a variety of hazardous materials from multiple suppliers to multiple retails under constraints such as time window,node flow and vehicle load.The model fills the gap in the research of low-carbon transport of hazardous materials.For the first time,road traffic resilience is taken as one of the weight factors in the risk calculation of hazardous materials transport,and the variation of vehicle load is considered when transporting hazardous materials.In this paper,an improved ant colony optimization(IACO)algorithm is designed.The three objectives of transportation cost,transportation risk and carbon emission are integrated into the pheromone of IACO algorithm,and the influence of coupling conflict between solving objectives on solving is eliminated through homogenization processing.Pareto optimal solution set is obtained by running the algorithm several times in the constructed transport network structure to verify the stability of the algorithm.The improved ant colony algorithm is compared with genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm.The results show that the improved ant colony optimization algorithm has better solution quality and space,which verifies the validity and reliability of the model and the algorithm designed in this paper. |
