The passenger throughput of major domestic airports is increasing year by year,but the airport is located in a remote location,and various feeder transportation modes are not properly configured,resulting in the lack of convenience for passengers to connect,and passengers need to pay higher fees or carry out multiple transfers and security checks when they arrive at their destinations.unable to enjoy quality transport services.At the same time,most traffic modes in the city stop operating at night,affecting the travel experience of passengers arriving and leaving Hong Kong at night.In order to meet the personalized travel needs of airport shuttle passengers,this paper studies the airport circulation bus.First of all,this paper describes the distribution characteristics of passenger flow at the airport and the current situation of traffic connection,and discusses the necessity of booking bus operation.Combined with the characteristics and system composition of airport reservation bus,its operation mode is put forward.Based on the analysis of the influence of airport passenger flow and the characteristics of each connection mode on the choice of passenger travel mode,several Logit(MNL)models are used to describe the passenger flow sharing rate,and a model of the relationship between reserved bus fare and passenger flow sharing rate is established,based on which the reserved bus passenger flow in the planning area is calculated and analyzed by taking Changchun City as an example.Secondly,this paper also considers the demand of passengers arriving and leaving Hong Kong at the airport,and studies the passenger distribution in different periods.In order to maximize the enterprise profit under the needs of all passengers,considering passenger detour and vehicle type differences,a passenger detour compensation mechanism is established,based on which an airport reservation bus route planning and vehicle scheduling(Airport Circulation Bus Dispatching Model,ACBDM)model is constructed.An improved adaptive genetic algorithm(Improved Self-adaption Geneti Algorithms,ISAGA)is designed to solve the problem.Finally,taking the circulation bus of Changchun Longjia International Airport as an example,the optimal vehicle route and scheduling scheme in the service area are solved.Through the comparative study of connection methods and sensitivity analysis,the effectiveness of ACBDM model and ISAGA algorithm is verified.
