In order to improve the country’s independent contribution,my country has clearly stated that the goal of carbon and carbon neutrality before 2060 before 2060 must promote the transformation of energy structure and promote high-proportion new energy access power grids.At the same time,the increasing uncertain power supply such as wind power and photovoltaic power,and the decrease in the proportion of thermal power installed capacity,which led to further increased the pressure of peak adjustment of the power grid.The northwest region was particularly obvious.Affected by the volatility of new energy,the problem of abandonment was serious.It can be seen that how to promote the landscape is still a problem that needs to be solved urgently.with heat storageThe concentrating solar power(CSP)plant containing heat storage is fast,flexible and controllable.It has the flexibility and ideal peak adjustment characteristics that is better than ordinary thermal power units.It can be used as an alternative power supply to the thermal power to participate peak shaving in the power system.At the same time,the heat storage system is the basis for the participation of CSP plant to participate in the peak adjustment.If the operating needs can be fully considered during the planning stage,and then the capacity of the heat storage system is reasonably configured,it can effectively alleviate the pressure of the system peak adjustment and improve the economy of CSP plant operation.In this context,this article considers the coordination of wind power and photovoltaic power generation to reasonably allocate the capacity of the heat storage system,and jointly participate in the peak of the power system through thermal power and CSP plant to increase the consumption of wind power and photovoltaic power generation,and achieve the economic operation of the power system.Firstly,the operation process of CSP plant is analyzed,the characteristics of the composition links of CSP plant;The energy time-shifting ability and flexible adjustment ability of CSP plant with heat storage were analyzed.In response to the operating characteristics of new energy power generation,analyze the complementary of new energy forces such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation,and build a multi-source combined operation framework with CSP plant.On this basis,in-depth exploring the additional costs generated during the peak adjustment capacity and peak adjustment process of the optical heat power station,focusing on the loss of thermal power conversion efficiency caused by the downward adjustment of the output of CSP plant,analyzing the operating cost of CSP plant,establish its deep peak shaving cost model and compensation pricing model,it lays the foundation for the subsequent CSP plant to participate in peak shaving.Secondly,an optimal allocation method that takes into account the operating cost of the system and the benefits of CSP plant is proposed,At the same time,the peak regulation compensation and apportionment of CSP plant are considered to further optimize the configuration results.Establish a system cost optimization model,use the complementary characteristics of wind and solar resources,make decisions on the output of each generator set,and achieve the optimal system operating cost.On the basis of considering the traditional model of CSP plant,the individual optimization model of CSP plant is established taking into account the peak shaving income and the cost sharing,so as to improve its investment enthusiasm.The fuzzy membership function is used to quantify the solution results of the model,take the mean of the two as the comprehensive satisfaction,and take the maximum satisfaction as the goal,and obtain the optimal solution of the capacity configuration of the heat storage system through iterative calculation,which provides assistance for alleviating the peak shaving problem.Finally,in order to explore the influence of CSP plant participation in peak shaving,considering the cost of deep peak adjustment,the goal of the optimal operation cost of systematic comprehensive operation,and the construction of the electric power system that considers the peak compensation of CSP plant has recently optimized the scheduling model.The results of the calculation show that the compensation method improves the enthusiasm of CSP plant to participate in the peak adjustment.The scheduling model can use the scheduling advantage of the flexible adjustment of CSP plant to improve the level of the power system’s scenery and reduce the operating cost. |
