There are many islands in our country,and there are abundant wind,light,and water resources near the islands.Effectively utilizing the island’s own resources,accelerating the island’s energy transformation,and achieving self production and self sales of island energy.Due to the randomness and intermittency of wind and solar power,wind and photovoltaic power generation have significant volatility.Energy storage is an effective measure to solve the fluctuation of wind and solar output,which can regulate the instability of wind and solar output and promote its absorption.This article is based on the aquaculture environment in the Pingdao area of Dalian,and based on the wind and solar meteorological data of Pingdao and the conditions of aquaculture ponds,a joint energy storage method of battery and aquaculture pond storage is established to study the capacity configuration and optimized operation of the microgrid off grid system in aquaculture islands.Firstly,the structure of off grid micro grid is analyzed,and the micro grid structure including energy supply equipment,energy storage equipment and load demand is constructed.The mathematical models of photovoltaic units,wind turbines,battery energy storage,pond energy storage and Diesel generator are established.K-means clustering algorithm and markov monte carlo method are used to cluster and simulate the sampling of wind speed and light intensity data,and typical meteorological days in different seasons are selected.Secondly,establish a wind light water storage diesel complementary microgrid capacity configuration model with the upper layer aiming to minimize the acquisition cost and the lower layer aiming to minimize the daily operation and maintenance cost.Use cosine adaptive immune genetic algorithm to simulate and analyze the model.Configure the capacity of the energy storage system with and without ponds under different weather conditions in summer and winter.The simulation results show that under the same weather conditions,the purchase cost of equal annual value without pond water storage and energy storage system is14.4%~17% higher than that with pond water storage and energy storage system.From the perspective of procurement cost,it is more economical to choose a capacity configuration scheme that includes pond water storage and energy storage.Then,two scheduling schemes for pond storage and energy storage are proposed.With the lowest daily operation and maintenance cost as the scheduling goal,the cosine adaptive immune genetic algorithm is used to analyze the day ahead scheduling under the condition of ensuring power balance;On the basis of day ahead scheduling,intra day scheduling is added,and wind speed,light intensity and load fluctuation are re described by Newton interpolation.Cosine adaptive immune genetic algorithm is used for intra day scheduling analysis,and the cost deviation between different scheduling stages is added to the objective function to obtain the daily operation and maintenance costs under different meteorological conditions in summer and winter.The final dispatching results show that the daily dispatching cost of the pond containing storage and energy storage system in summer and winter is about 7% lower than that of the day ahead dispatching,and the daily dispatching cost of the pond free storage and energy storage system is about 6% lower than that of the day ahead dispatching.Finally,analyze the system reliability and system economy under the off grid mode of the aquaculture island microgrid.A reliability evaluation algorithm based on Monte Carlo simulation microgrid is proposed,and the reliability and economy of the pond storage and energy storage system and the non pond storage and energy storage system are evaluated under different weather conditions in summer and winter by using the energy storage control strategy and load reduction strategy.The final evaluation results show that the indicators of the pond storage and energy storage system are better than those of the non pond storage and energy storage system.Under different weather conditions,the daily operation and maintenance costs of the energy storage system with pond storage on cloudy days and power outage losses are reduced by about 7% and 30% compared to sunny days;Under the same weather conditions,the winter overcast capacity allocation results are better than the summer overcast capacity allocation results.The reliability and economy of selecting the capacity configuration results of the winter pond storage energy storage microgrid system on cloudy days are better.
