With the official proposal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization targets. The energy industry regards low carbonization as the development direction to help achieve the goal of "double carbon." As the main source of carbon emissions in the energy sector is the power sector,it is important to achieve carbon reduction in the power sector in order to achieve the "double carbon" target and the decarbonisation of the energy system.Electric power has become the main force to implement the strategy of carbon peak and carbon neutrality and the main battlefield to lead the systematic change of the whole society. The low carbon transition in the power sector is not simply the replacement of renewable energy, but the transformation into a more complex and integrated energy system with multi-energy coupling. In order to promote the integrated energy system(IES)low-carbon process,on the one hand, the market mechanism to further stimulate the IES to consume wind power and carbon emission reduction potential,on the other hand,to enhance the effective use of IES energy.Firstly, the IES structure and energy flow mechanism are analysed to construct a dynamic network model of the heat and gas network. The operating mechanisms of power to gas and carbon capture and storage(CCS)are analysed, and the refined two-stage power to gas model and the CCPP integrated flexible operating model are constructed based on their operating principles to provide theoretical references for the low carbon economic operation of IES.Secondly, through green certificate trading(GCT)and carbon emission trading(CET)mechanisms, carbon capture power plant(CCPP)and power to gas(P2G)are incentivized to participate in IES low carbon economy.P2G)to participate in the operation of IES low-carbon economy.A low-carbon economy dispatching strategy of the integrated energy system considering the green certificate trading mechanism and the stepped carbon trading mechanism under the CCPP-P2 G joint operation mode is proposed. The green certificate and carbon trading mechanism are introduced into the IES dispatching model that takes into account the joint operation mode of carbon capture power plant and electricity-to-gas plant, and the uncertainty of wind power, load and load response is taken into account to solve the dispatching decision before the day with the objective of minimizing the integrated operating cost of IES.Finally, the proposed scheduling strategy is compared and analyzed in an example, and the results show that the proposed strategy can open up the space for wind power consumption, improve the system economy and reduce the carbon emission level. Finally,by introducing the analysis method of radiation flow theory,we can measure the "quantity" and "quality" of different energy sources and effectively measure the maximum degree of conversion of the input energy into useful work output of the system by the radiation efficiency. In addition, according to the heat flow theory to grasp the IES heat flow distribution,to understand the lower part of the IES energy quality. To improve the effective degree of IES energy utilization, the analysis method of the hub-and-spoke flow theory is introduced into the IES optimal dispatching model. We propose an IES optimal scheduling strategy that takes into account the green certificate-carbon trading and the theory of the infrared flow. The multi-objective optimal dispatching model is constructed by considering the comprehensive operating cost and efficiency of IES.The proposed scheduling strategy is validated in the example.
