Ground improvement unit(GIU)is made of special polymer material bag and lock belt,filling material and sealing locking device of a kind of foundation components,is based on the traditional geobag and a new type of foundation reinforcement component,used by filling materials can be gravel,steel slag,silt,construction waste or industrial waste,etc.This component by its base cloth tension and lock belt tension together,do not need to add any curing agent can get higher bearing capacity,through the bag and lock belt type,made the shape rules of building components,can replace the traditional building materials,used for laying foundation and foundation reinforcement engineering,for some temporary engineering,GIU can be recycled reuse,thus saving a lot of cement based building materials and building components,is a kind of green building materials.The results of the structural characteristics of earth firmware,basic performance of material,analysis of bearing mechanism and theoretical calculation of bearing capacity,and test research of bearing capacity are as follows:(1)After test research,it is found that the tensile strength of the base cloth and sling of D.BOX and cross lock ground fasteners is 40.64KN/m and 305.42KN/m respectively,and the residual tensile strength of the base cloth and sling is still more than 80% under various extreme bearing conditions.(2)The increased tension of the compression deformation base cloth restricts the packing load by increasing the friction between the packing particles;the bearing capacity is proportional to the bonding force of the filling,and the smaller the load.(3)According to the derived calculation method of firmware bearing capacity,the theoretical calculation results of two GIU are presented.From the results,it can be seen that the greater the internal friction Angle of the filling material,the greater the bearing capacity.When the filler is gravel,the substrate prestress T is 0,15.28 k N/m,24.45 k N/m,30.56 k N/m respectively,while the bearing capacity is 0,365 kpa,584kpa and 731 kpa respectively,showing the linear ratio between the available bearing capacity and the prestress.(4)Through the indoor unlimited compression test,the failure load of PD-100 reaches8000 kpa and PD-150 reaches 2667 kpa.At the same time,the influence of the performance index of the filling material and the specifications of the GIU on the bearing capacity is verified,and the type protection effect of the GIU in different load states is given.(5)According to the K30 flat plate load test of the temporary road of the GIU on site,the temporary road pavement settlement of the GIU is 2~3cm when the load is 600 kpa,and the monitoring data verify the role of stress diffusion and drainage consolidation.Figure [63] Table [16] Reference [72]... |
