The heating tower heat pump has attracted more and more attention because of its high efficiency in summer,no frost in winter,and it is not limited by geographical and geological conditions.However,due to the lack of relevant design methods and standards,as well as a comprehensive comparative analysis of system adaptability,the development and popularization of the system are restricted.Through numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,the sensitivity analysis and optimization of design parameters of the system are completed,and the energy efficiency and economy of the system in different regions,different climates and different types of buildings are obtained,which provides support for the design and application of the system.Firstly,the physical model of the heating tower heat pump system is constructed and verified,and the big data of operation is generated to drive the construction and verification of its neural network model.15,625 design parameter matrices were constructed,containing all potential design parameter combinations.40 million sets of data were obtained through the annual performance simulation of different regions,and the quantitative effects of airflow rate,water flow rate,solution flow rate and heat transfer area of heating tower on the energy efficiency and economy of the system were revealed through parameter sensitivity analysis.On this basis,with 10-year lifecycle costs minimum as the optimization goal.The design parameters of 21 heating tower heat pump systems in different climates were optimized.All potential design parameter combinations were traversed by exhaustive search,and the optimal system design parameters were obtained to solve the matching problems between different components of the system and between winter and summer working conditions.Taking the mean relative humidity(MRH)in winter operation time as the key parameter,the system design parameters are divided into districts.Compared with the traditional design,the economy of the system is improved by 6.47%,9.49% and 3.58% in areas with MRH of 70%,80% and lower than 65%,respectively.Finally,the adaptability analysis of heating tower heat pump systems in different areas,climates and building types is completed.353 typical cities in 5 climate regions were selected.Through coupling simulation of the system with meteorological parameters and building load,the annual hourly operation performance of the system in different buildings in different regions was obtained.It is found that the heating tower heat pump system has a 10%~20% energy efficiency advantage in most areas of China.In the comparison of different types of buildings,the system has good adaptability in the above seven types of buildings.Compared with the traditional system,the annual performance ratio is up to 2,and the cost ratio is as low as 0.45.The visual performance and economic map are developed,which provides a basis for the selection of building cooling and heating schemes.
