Under the joint action of traffic load and natural environmental factors for a long time,the road infrastructure of regional road network has different degrees of diseases,and the service performance also decreases.At the same time,with the rapid growth of the scale of road infrastructure and the increasing complexity of traffic network,it is facing the challenges of various emergencies(traffic accidents and natural disasters).Based on this,in order to realize the intelligent management of regional road network road infrastructure and provide support for emergency prediction,early warning and emergency disposal,this paper carries out the research on the service performance evaluation and early warning platform of regional road network road infrastructure.Firstly,investigate and analyze the structural characteristics and disease characteristics of each component unit of regional road network road infrastructure,explore the impact of different diseases on the service performance of regional road network road infrastructure,and extract the regional road network service performance evaluation index system reflecting the driving safety and the health status of road infrastructure based on the principles of scientific and complete index selection,And refer to the relevant specifications of various facilities to determine the quantitative standards of indicators.Secondly,in order to establish the service performance evaluation method of regional road network road infrastructure from disease layer to system layer,from system layer to facility layer,and from facility layer to road network layer,based on the investigation and evaluation of regional road network road infrastructure,the cumulative reduction function is used to calculate the system layer score;Based on the variable weight theory,the weight of the system layer is redistributed,and then the score of the regional road network facility layer is calculated;Considering the service performance of regional road network infrastructure and the influence of road network spatial topology,a road network layer evaluation model based on adjacency information entropy is established.Thirdly,considering the main role and spatial structure of regional road network,this paper puts forward a multi-dimensional early warning system of pavement performance degradation,key facility indicators and road network operation efficiency of regional road network road infrastructure.In terms of pavement performance decay early warning,combined with the measured data,the applicability of grey prediction,support vector regression and time series model is compared.The results show that the time series model has high prediction accuracy for pavement rut depth;In terms of early warning of key facilities indicators,this paper combs the key monitoring and early warning indicators of road network facilities,demonstrates the effectiveness of empirical mode decomposition(EMD)method with an example,and puts forward a dynamic threshold setting method based on beta distribution;In terms of early warning of road network operation efficiency,on the basis of assuming that the travel time follows lognormal distribution,the calculation model of travel time reliability of road section,path and road network is established,and the early warning method of road network operation state based on travel time reliability is given.Finally,according to the actual needs of service performance evaluation and early warning of regional road network and road infrastructure,based on the evaluation and early warning system proposed in this paper,a system platform with complete content,complete functions and safety prediction and auxiliary decision-making ability is designed.The platform includes home page(pavement,slope,bridge,tunnel,emergency event),early warning information(subgrade and pavement,bridge and tunnel facilities,road network operation)Pages such as decision information(emergency events,maintenance scheme)can provide strong support for the formulation of regional road network and road infrastructure management scheme and scientific decision-making.
