With the wide application of large-diameter steel tube concrete components,The researchers found that their mechanical properties and bearing capacity are closely related to the cooperative working mechanism of materials,and directly related to the working performance of the whole structure.In general,by setting studs on the steel tube wall,the composite effect of steel tube and core concrete can be strengthened,so that the two parts constituting the large-diameter steel tube concrete components can work together.On this basis,the influence of parameters such as stud diameter,length and spacing on the cooperative working ability of materials is studied.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)Using similarity theory to determine the size of scaled-down model,making three scaled-down component models,and conducting axial compression test on them.Comparing and analyzing the load-longitudinal strain curve,failure mode,stress-strain curve,composite elastic modulus,damage analysis and other aspects of each specimen to evaluate the influence of material cooperative working ability on the axial compression mechanical properties of large-diameter steel tube concrete columns.(2)Using similarity theory to conduct scaled-down test on the original component,and using the test results to verify the accuracy and precision of the finite element model of the scaled-down component.On this basis,taking a typical specimen of original size as an example,analyzing and studying the cooperative working ability of SCFST column material with stud force transfer component.In practical engineering application,square steel tube concrete with stud force transfer component is mainly subjected to pressure.In order to ensure the reasonable use of stud components,it is very necessary to study and analyze the mechanical properties such as ultimate bearing capacity,coordinated deformation and ductility of square steel tube concrete columns with stud force transfer components under axial compression.(3)Using numerical simulation method to explore other factors affecting the cooperative working ability of large-diameter steel tube concrete components and the influence of different stud diameter,length,spacing and concrete bearing coefficient on the cooperative working ability of large-diameter steel tube concrete components.Selecting six representative standard specifications,comparing them with experimental data and finite element data,evaluating their applicability in calculating large-diameter steel tube concrete axial compression columns.
