| The situation of air defense in the information warfare environment is extremely severe.Accurate and effective threat assessment of air attack targets is helpful for commanders to quickly judge the battlefield situation and make decisions.However,the advanced weapons and equipment of the air raid target and the complex operation mode make the situation information captured in the battlefield more and more complicated,and it is more difficult to accurately assess the threat.In order to improve the accuracy of threat assessment,this thesis carries out research from the following aspects:(1)Establish the air raid target threat assessment indicators system.Based on the seven principles of systematical and scientific evaluation in the process of selecting evaluation indicators,this thesis constructs the target threat evaluation indicators system from the aspects of capability and intention by combining the research of relevant scholars.(2)The CT-GRA-TOPSIS threat assessment method is proposed in view of the bias of the indicators weight calculation method in the threat assessment process and the inability of the assessment process to reflect the differences of internal factors among indicators.Firstly,the AHP method is used to determine the subjective weight,the CRITIC algorithm to determine the objective weight,and the game theory synthesizes the weight of both to get the combination constant weight.Secondly,when the air battlefield situation changes,it is difficult for the constant weight to accurately reflect the situation of different attack targets.CT variable weight theory is introduced to dynamically adjust the combined constant weight to determine the comprehensive weight of each threat indicators.Then,in order to evaluate the correlation between the data curves of the evaluation objects,the GRA analysis method was applied to TOPSIS ranking method.Finally,on the background of an air defense operation,the proposed CT-GRA-TOPSIS method is used to sort the threat results of air raid targets.The experimental results show that this method can comprehensively consider the subjective and objective weights,and its threat assessment results have certain advantages in accuracy and flexibility.(3)Aiming at the problem that the overall situation of the air strike target cannot be mastered when the air strike target indicators is used for threat assessment at a certain moment,CT-GRATOPSIS threat assessment method considering time series is proposed.The air strike target information of the whole monitoring period was taken into account,Poisson distribution was used as the time series to assign weight,and CT-GRA-TOPSIS threat assessment method was used to assess the air strike target threat at each time,and the sorting result of air strike target threat was obtained by combining the two methods.The experimental results show that this method can grasp the overall situation change of the battlefield and obtain accurate threat assessment results.Based on the background of air defense operation,this thesis constructs the air raid target threat assessment indicator system,and proposes the CT-GRA-TOPSIS threat assessment method considering time series.This method has the advantages of simple calculation process,high accuracy and stability of threat assessment results,and has certain reference value for air defense operation command decision. |
