Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the logistics and warehousing industry has developed rapidly in China,due to the rapid development of the logistics and warehousing industry in recent years,the structure of cold-formed steel shelves is complex and dense due to its own characteristics,and the number of structural units can reach hundreds of thousands,design details differ from conventional steel design,structural design,optimization links bring huge workload,so the parametric structural analysis work is particularly important;at the same time,various types of commercial design software for cold-formed steel shelves structure is not done accordingly At the same time,various structural commercial design software does not do the corresponding optimization for cold forming steel shelf structure,the industry lacks efficient and convenient structural design tools.In summary,the development of a parametric design module for coldformed steel shelving is of great engineering value and social significance,taking into account the latest research results of cold-formed steel shelving at home and abroad.This paper is based on the secondary development of the Grasshopper parametric platform,integrating the latest research results of cold-formed steel shelves at home and abroad,and writing a parametric design module for cold-formed steel shelves,which contains a complete set of analysis workflows such as model parametric generation,node eccentricity,axis eccentricity,arbitrary section identification,load assembly,optimization check,post-processing,etc.;and based on this module,the overall mechanical properties of cold-formed Based on this module,the overall mechanical properties of cold-formed steel shelving are investigated to ensure the safety of the shelving while achieving savings in steel consumption and improving design efficiency.Compared to SAP 2000 and other general analysis software,the parametric design module is adapted to the structural characteristics of cold-formed steel shelves for internal force analysis,integrating the latest research results and relevant code requirements for cold-formed steel shelves.It can be integrated into a future automated warehouse health monitoring management system,providing a complete solution for the analysis,design and optimization of cold-formed steel shelving.The main work and conclusions are as follows.(1)Based on the classical finite element theory,the core algorithm for the structural solution of spatial rod systems is compiled through the C# programming language;to adapt the semi-rigid characteristics of the nodes of cold formed steel shelves,the unit stiffness correction matrix of spatial rod systems considering semi-rigidity is derived;the core code of the large sparse matrix direct solution method and the iterative solution method is compiled through the C# language,and the Grasshopper parametric platform is explored for the(2)The computational accuracy and efficiency of the ICCG iterative solution method on the Grasshopper parametric platform are found to be relatively high.(2)Based on the theory of finite element planar cells,the arbitrary section property solution module is developed in C# language.By reading the existing DWG,DXF and other formats of member section files,the irrelevant information in the source files is automatically filtered,the section properties are identified in batch,a section library is automatically generated,the sections are automatically sorted according to their size,and the information of each section is displayed in real time.(3)Build a development platform and compilation framework for the parametric module of cold-formed steel shelf structure,integrate the structural system and analysis theory of coldformed steel shelf;compile a complete design module: including model generation,definition of materials,automatic section identification,assembly model,distribution of loads,calculation and verification,and post-processing of the model.(4)The results of comparing the parametric design module of cold-formed steel shelf structure developed in this paper with the finite element structural analysis software SAP 2000,the errors of various indexes such as structural lateral shift and inter-story lateral shift were below 1%,which proved the effectiveness and efficiency of the module in this paper.(5)To study the influence of the overhead lifting beam and its supporting system on the cold-formed steel shelf structure,to propose a simplified model of the cold-formed steel shelf structure and to verify its reasonableness;based on the parametric analysis of 640 groups of different cold-formed steel shelf models,to propose a correction coefficient for the stiffness of the inter-story lateral shift of cold-formed steel shelves with back tension system.
