| Because of the continuous consumption of non-renewable energy,people are eager to find a new alternative energy source.New energy has attracted wide attention due to the characteristics of environmental protection,pollution-free,clean and efficient,but the low utilization rate of new energy,poor economic benefits and other problems still exist.With the continuous development of smart grid,the proportion of new energy is also increasing,among which economic dispatching has become a difficult problem to be solved urgently in microgrid.In this paper,an optimal scheduling model of microgrid is proposed which takes into account the economy,environmental protection and reliability of microgrid.First of all,the microgrid considers the comprehensive problems of operation cost,environmental pollution and wind and light abandonment penalty.A single optimal scheduling will only optimize a certain objective and degrade other objective functions.In order to ensure the reasonable distribution of weight coefficients among various objective functions,the weight adaptive method is used to allocate appropriate weights to different objective functions,so that each objective function can reach the optimal solution as far as possible.Unreasonable parameter allocation may cause an objective function to miss the optimal solution and fail to obtain the comprehensive optimal configuration scheme.Through the comparison of different parameter selection schemes,it is found that the selection of appropriate parameters can reduce the economic cost of the objective function,reduce environmental pollution and wind and light abandonment phenomenon,and improve the overall performance of the microgrid.Through MATLAB simulation analysis,it can be seen that the adopted method can make the configuration scheme of the micro grid more reasonable,lower the comprehensive economic cost,and increase the anti-interference ability of the micro grid.Secondly,the standard seagull algorithm has the advantages of fewer parameters and simple principle,but it is easy to fall into the local optimal solution.In order to improve the shortcomings of the standard seagull algorithm,the optimal point set is used to improve the initial population generation of seagull,the cosine convergence factor is used to improve the local search ability of the seagull algorithm,and the standard seagull algorithm and the symbiotic search algorithm are combined.The results show that compared with the standard algorithm,the improved Seagull algorithm has better performance,can carry out more reasonable scheduling for the equipment of the microgrid,and can reduce the overall operation cost of the microgrid.Through MATLAB simulation analysis,compared with the standard algorithm,the accuracy of the solution has also been improved,the convergence speed is accelerated,compared with the standard seagull algorithm accuracy increased by 5%,genetic algorithm improved by 7%,has certain advantages in the solution of the topology of complex micro grid economic scheduling problems. |
