| Body training is a training means to improve the physical quality and exercise the will through a variety of basic training and strength training means to have a certain intervention effect on the posture,bones,muscles and so on.Body Training is one of the core courses for the major of high-speed railway crew service.Body training exercises can help improve the physical quality of students majoring in high-speed railway crew service,shape a good physical form,improve their mental outlook,cultivate their communication and coordination ability,develop the image of high-speed railway industry,and lay the foundation for improving their vocational competency.In this paper,five research methods,including literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method,are used,among which teaching experiment method is the key research method,and 40 female students from 2022 high speed railway crew major of Wuhan Railway Vocational and Technical College are taken as the experimental objects.Develop training methods based on theoretical knowledge of body training,communicate competency related factors and indicators: body shape,professional posture,body technology,shape quality,communication and coordination ability according to expert guidance,and improve the training program.Test results of BMI,skin fold thickness(triceps,subscapular Angle,abdomen),one-legged standing with eyes closed,straight walking deviation,50m×8 round trip running,lung capacity,hyperride scenario simulation,technology combination,communication and coordination ability.The purpose is to test the effectiveness and influence of training programs on vocational competency of hyperride students.The conclusion shows that:1.Physical training is an important basis for students of high speed riding major to improve their vocational competence.Body training can use shape shaping instrument,shape tree ceremony,shape fitness and shape to promote skills,which can effectively improve the physical shape quality and professional deportment of students majoring in high travel,laying a good foundation for their future employment.2.The teaching program of physical training for students of high Speed train major is mainly designed from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching stages,teaching evaluation and so on.The design of teaching program combines knowledge and skills to ensure the logical,systematic and compact teaching content,which is conducive to enriching teaching content and improving teaching effectiveness.3.The 12-week body training was conducted to test the effect of the body shape required by the vocational competency of the students majoring in high-speed railway crew.All the test indexes of body shape were improved,and the thickness of triceps skin fold and abdominal skin fold had a highly significant difference(P<0.01).It shows that the students are actively engaged in the practice through the language stimulation method and cooperative learning method,so as to effectively improve the physical form.4.In terms of professional posture,situational simulation exercises were conducted to test students’ professional posture,expression,and demeanor.The average score of professional posture in each index was the highest,with good(89-80)sections accounting for62.5%,indicating that physical training exercises can play a good role in correcting students’ bad posture,and reasonable teaching methods can make students’ posture more professional.5.In the physical technology examination,the average of students’ overall evaluation was between medium(79-70)and good(89-80).Among them,the expressiveness and appeal score was the highest,and the excellent(100-90)score accounted for 10%.In the practice,the teacher guided the students to practice smiling and eye contact,and the group communication and demonstration during the practice of combined movements were conducive to the cultivation of students’ self-confidence.Good expressiveness and appeal will be helpful to the future work communication and performance of students majoring in high speed train.6.Balance control and endurance are important body abilities required by high-speed train attendants in their work.Through the 12-week,three-stage test,the students’ scores were improved,among which the deviation between standing on one foot with eyes closed and walking in a straight line was highly significant(P<0.01),indicating that the teaching content was reasonable,improved the stability of human proprioception and vestibular sensory system,and enhanced the control of balance.The vital capacity(P<0.01)showed a highly significant difference.In the process of targeted body training teaching,aerobic training was mainly used,which enhanced the anti-fatigue ability and sustained development of endurance.7.Each index of communication and coordination ability was different before and after the experiment,among which the improvement of communication skill was the most obvious.The students’ verbal expression ability and feedback ability could be effectively improved by guiding them to imagine into the working scene through scenario imagination method,communicating among groups,patiently listening and orderly expressing.The improvement of communication and coordination ability enables students to establish a good mental state and social ability,and enhance their vocational competence and social adaptability. |
