| In recent years,steel structure technology has been rapidly developed in our country,and coal transport steel trestle bridge is widely used in our coal construction with its light weight,convenient construction advantages.During the designed service life,the coal transport trestle may encounter various problems such as changes in use,environmental corrosion and improper construction,which reduce the safety of the coal transport trestle.Therefore,it has become an important measure for the safety and normal use of trestle Bridges that cannot meet the requirements of bearing capacity and durability.This paper is based on the design and research of a coal transport trestle bridge reinforcement engineering,because the trestle needs to replace the strong belt,add sound insulation measures and other reasons,need to reform and reinforce the original trestle bridge.At the same time,the trestle is the main production trestle,the influence of construction on its production should be considered in the process of reinforcement.Based on the above situation,first of all,combined with the general situation of working conditions,under the premise of reducing the impact on the production,the design scheme of transformation and reinforcement is proposed and compared to determine the more reasonable transformation and reinforcement scheme of the project.Then MIDAS/GEN and ABAQUS and other finite element software were used to analyze and study the key parameters of the scheme design,and the original structure was modified and reinforced considering the load state.Finally,in order to ensure that the original structure and the new bracket can work together under the load reinforcement and reduce the reinforcement amount of the original structure,the indirect unloading of the structure is carried out by jacks.By exploring the reasonable unloading degree and unloading method,the new structure and the original structure can work together under the load state,while ensuring that the original structure is not damaged due to improper unloading.The calculation results show that the design is safe and feasible and has little influence on production.The unloading degree of the original structure is more reasonable when the displacement is restored to about 0,the internal force of the structure is effectively reduced,and the reinforcement of the original structure is reduced.When the whole proportional unloading method is adopted,the structural displacement,internal force of jacks and internal force of rods all change linearly and evenly,which makes the structure transition to the target unloading displacement safely and smoothly,and provides reference for similar transformation and reinforcement projects. |
