The mobile platform is an important transportation and working platform in human society.People require good mobility,passability and adaptability in mobile platforms.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a composite wheel-track vehicle wheel that can travel at high speeds on paved roads and has good passability on soft and complex roads.In this article,a reconfigurable wheel-track composite wheel is designed based on the reconfigurable theory,and its performance is analyzed.The main research content of this article is as follows:Firstly,based on the actual use conditions,the design and selection of the scheme are conducted.Referring to the shape and size of off-road vehicle wheels and the design of tracked vehicles,a reconfigurable composite wheel-track vehicle wheel is designed.The 3D software UG,Shapr3 D and Solidworks are used to construct various structural models of the wheel and explain the design details and working principles of each structure.Next,the disassembly and verification of each component are carried out,and the working principles and use conditions of two motion modes are explained.Finally,the structure of the entire composite wheel-track vehicle wheel is determined.Secondly,the obstacle crossing performance of the tracked mode needs to be analyzed.Firstly,by analyzing the velocity relationship of each point of the track,the running characteristics of the track mode on flat ground are obtained.Secondly,by analyzing the obstacles faced by the mobile platform,the four common obstacles of steps,trenches,slopes,and tilts are taken as passability evaluation indicators.The simulated and analyzed the wheel crossing behavior separately and obtained the relationship between the size of the reconfigurable wheel-track composite wheel and the ability to deal with the four common obstacles.Finally,according to the ground mechanics theory and the calculation method of the passability of ordinary tracked vehicles on low-bearing-capacity roads,the passability of the track mode on low-bearing-capacity roads is analyzed.Finally,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to perform static and dynamic simulations of the bearing structure of the composite wheel-track vehicle wheel.The static analysis module is used to analyze the stress and deformation of the bearing structure under extreme conditions through simulation,and the dynamic analysis module is used to perform modal analysis on the components of the axle system to verify the rationality of the bearing structure design.Then,the rolling state and deformation process of the wheel mode are simulated using the kinematics analysis software ADAMS.By simulating and analyzing the rolling state of the simplified model on a horizontal road,the conclusion is drawn that it can function as a normal wheel.Finally,the deformation structure is simulated,and the rationality of the entire deformation process is verified through the analysis of the displacement and velocity curves of the components.The change in clearance size between different components is analyzed to verify that the entire deformation structure design does not interfere.
