In recent years,with the development of international trade,the volume of import and export trade has increased greatly,and the container throughput has been increasing.Import cargo yard is an important place for loading and unloading,trans-shipment,storage and handover of imported cargo containers,and plays an important role in the link between the efficiency of container transport and business process.M logistics company is an import business logistics service platform for domestic customers to order goods from overseas.After a batch of overseas goods is ordered by the company’s customers,M logistics company will be commissioned to deliver the goods to the import goods storage yard,the goods are unpacked and put into the warehouse for temporary storage,then according to customer requirements to pick out the warehouse,and finally on time delivery to the hands of customers.However,there are some problems in the whole business process that hinder the further development of the company,these problems include the unscientific design of the area of the function area in the yard of imported goods,the unreasonable location of the function area and the improper connection of the operation,as well as the high transportation cost and the low satisfaction of the customers in the stage of the distribution of goods,these problems are in urgent need of optimization and adjustment.In this dissertation,M logistics company exists in the above-mentioned problems are divided into three stages of systematic optimization: first,the overall layout of imported goods yard optimization,then,the operation process of the goods in the imported goods yard is simulated,and the resource allocation in the yard is optimized,optimize the distribution route of goods.In the stage of yard layout,a multi-objective layout optimization model based on improved SLP method is established and solved by Lingo to obtain the layout optimization scheme of imported goods yard and warehouse,the Flexsim model is built to simulate the logistics operation of M logistics company’s imported goods yard,and to simulate the storage operation of containers in the yard after they enter the yard,and the process of sorting out the goods into the warehouse after unpacking according to the order,further optimizing the resource allocation on the basis of the optimal layout,improving the efficiency of goods entering and leaving the yard;A multi-objective optimization model with the lowest total cost and the highest Customer satisfaction was constructed,and the genetic ant colony algorithm was compared with the genetic algorithm and the ant colony algorithm,genetic ant colony algorithm gets the best result,which verifies the validity of the algorithm and provides some suggestions for the rationalization of goods distribution by analyzing the change of the total cost under different satisfaction degree.
