In recent years,the unbalanced distribution of traffic resources and traffic congestion have become increasingly serious,which will affect the normal development of the city to a certain extent.At the same time,the development of GPS has laid a solid data foundation for the study of traffic flow,so it is of great significance to study the scale of urban vehicles.In this paper,the spatial capture and recapture model is extended to the study of vehicle scale.By using the trajectory data information of electric taxi GPS,the spatial capture and recapture model is constructed to study the flow of vehicle scale in Yantian District of Shenzhen,thus providing reliable basis for real-time control of urban traffic.In this paper,a spatial capture and recapture model is constructed and applied to calculate the density of electric taxis in Yantian District,Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province,China,so as to obtain the number of electric taxis in this area.Firstly,the data of the study area is preprocessed.Then,it analyzes the feasibility of spatial capture and recapture in the empirical study,and compares the model estimation effect and density results under different factors.Furthermore,the speed and moving range of electric taxis are added to the model as covariates,and the sampling design is evaluated through posterior simulation analysis.Finally,the space capture and recapture are compared with other methods.The results show that:(1)Space capture and recapture can be extended to the overall scale of electric taxis in the study area.The spatial capture and recapture model is constructed by using the location data information of electric taxis,and the sampling effect is good.(2)Compared with other estimation methods,the space capture recapture phase has obvious advantages in estimating the number of electric taxis.(3)Spatial capture and recapture can provide some technical support for the real-time control of the number of electric taxis,and the moving speed of vehicles can be focused on when the electric taxis are controlled in real time.
