Research On Digital Transformation Of Company A’s Budget Management

With the goal of building a digital China proposed by the country,the proportion of the digital economy in China’s economy is also increasing.The application of digital technology can maximize the role of data as a new production factor and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industrial management.In this context,enterprises should improve the efficiency of information transmission and the ability to use data through the application of digital technology,and promote the transformation of enterprise production management methods.At the same time,traditional budget management has not fully played its role in enterprise management due to delayed information transmission and heavy workload.Against the backdrop of continuous development of digital technology,promoting the implementation of enterprise budget management through digital technology will become a new direction for the transformation of enterprise management methods.As a local aviation industry management group,Company A’s passenger flow is gradually recovering after experiencing the baptism of the epidemic.However,the large amount of cash consumed and losses generated during the epidemic have brought serious burdens to the company.At the same time,Company A’s original budget management had issues such as poor communication of budget information and incomplete coverage of budget management.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the Digital transformation of enterprise budget management to give play to the effectiveness of enterprise budget management,save costs and improve management efficiency.Under the promotion of internal and external factors,in order to better leverage the role of budget management tools,enterprises should build a digital budget management system that is suitable for the basic situation of the enterprise to support the implementation of budget management work.This paper first demonstrates the necessity of Digital transformation of budget management for Company A.Then,according to the ADM method,through the analysis of the Functional requirement of the enterprise for the digital budget management system,it sets the goal of enterprise system construction,designs the architecture of the digital budget management system from two aspects of business architecture and information system architecture,and designs the budget management organizational structure for the enterprise under the business architecture,Reorganize the process of enterprise budget management.The information system architecture is divided into application architecture and data architecture.The application architecture sets four functional modules: business budget,financial budget,budget assessment and budget analysis.The budget preparation and budget implementation process are realized under the business budget and financial budget functions.Budget implementation is mainly realized through expense control and fund management,Implement the overall budget analysis and assessment process of the enterprise under the budget analysis and assessment function module.Finally,the risk factors during the construction process of the enterprise were analyzed.In order to successfully build a digital budget management system,the enterprise should establish a project team,coordinate the construction process,ensure material and human resources,and strengthen the collaboration between departments,employees,and the digital budget management system.The construction of a digital budget management system aims to bring value creation to enterprises.On the one hand,by integrating multiple management accounting tools such as strategic management,risk management,performance management,and cost management into the construction process,the management process of the enterprise is streamlined,the budget management responsibilities of the enterprise are redefined,and the enterprise is connected as a whole,thereby saving costs and improving management efficiency.On the other hand,after the establishment of a digital budget management system,it will make it easier to collect and use information data within the enterprise,hoping to explore the enterprise through the use of intelligent technology.
