| With the development of our economic prosperity,people’s living standards have been obviously improved,carbon environmental protection awareness is strengthening,new energy vehicles also get more and more attention,it has become a hot topic of economic society.Under the background of "carbon peak,carbon neutral",the development of new energy vehicles is an inevitable choice for our country to transform from an automobile power into an automobile power.In the future,it is an inevitable trend for traditional fuel vehicles to be phased out gradually,and the production and demand of new energy vehicles will increase with each passing day.As a strategic emerging industry,new energy vehicles have entered a period of rapid development,and related industries have also seen explosive growth,and its development prospects and potential are self-evident.However,the development of the new energy vehicle industry is still in the preliminary stage,the relevant technologies are not mature enough,and themarket has not been fully activated.The use of traditional evaluation methods toevaluate the value of enterprises has its limitations.On the basis of this analysis,this paper proposes an evaluation combination model based on FCFF and B-S By collecting the theories and concepts related to enterprise value assessment,this paper systematically collates and summarizes,and analyzes the applicability of various evaluation methods in practical application fields.Secondly,through industry analysis,value source analysis and evaluation difficulties analysis of new energy vehicles,B-S model is improved by using the idea of fuzzy mathematics theory,and FCFF and fuzzy B-S combination model is constructed.Finally,this paper takes SAIC as an example,uses the combination model to evaluate its enterprise value,compares the evaluation results before and after improvement,and proves that the method is feasible and has certain advantages when applied to new energy automobile enterprises. |
