With the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the production and life of the people and consumption levels of the people are also improving day by day,and as people’s production and life almost indispensable demand for tobacco and alcohol commodities is also rising year by year.However,behind the thriving wine market,There are also some practical problems such as poor timeliness of intra-city distribution of alcoholic products,serious randomization of distribution routes and high cost of distribution vehicles.Based on this,how to reasonably and effectively arrange the distribution vehicles,choose the distribution route of the vehicles,and deliver the products to the designated location on time and with guaranteed quality has become a problem that the alcohol product providers must solve as soon as possible.In this paper,the city distribution path of T company’s wine products is taken as the research object.Through field investigation of the specific situation of the company’s regional big warehouse and offline stores,combined with the characteristics of T Company’s wine product distribution,the existing problems of T Company’s wine products are found: the distribution path is not scientific enough,the utilization rate of distribution resources is low;Poor distribution timeliness and high cost of outsourced vehicles in peak season;Customer satisfaction is not high in some stores.Combining with the historical data information of distribution of alcohol products of T Company,it can be seen that the distribution of alcohol products of T company has obvious off-peak season.Based on the analysis of existing problems and data resources of T company,this paper divides the analysis and solution of the problem into two parts.The first part mainly studies the construction of a single objective function model with the lowest total logistics cost.Combined with the emerging genetic algorithm to solve the VRP problem of T Company’s off-season wine product distribution in reality;The second part analyzes and deals with one side of T Company’s product distribution peak season from the perspectives of fixed cost and unit variable cost,outsourced vehicle cost and time window cost.In the two parts,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem by combining the specific data of T company,and finally the optimal solution suitable for the liquor product distribution route of T company in off-season and peak season is generated.The solution results show that the solutions proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the effective driving distance of the distribution vehicle and reduce the total distribution cost in off-season and peak season.It has made an ideal contribution to T Company’s product distribution and business response ability,and proved that the model and algorithm are scientific,rational and operable.
