| Since 2015,tea has entered a stage of rapid development.The phenomenon of milk tea street is constantly emerging in major cities.From first-tier and second-tier cities to counties and towns,from campuses and pedestrian streets to shopping malls,subways,and subway businesses,tea is everywhere.Warehouse management is an important part of enterprise management in large chain beverage enterprises.Whether the internal planning of warehouse is reasonable or not will directly affect the overall efficiency of warehouse.In the fiercely competitive beverage market,improving warehouse management is one of the important ways for major chain beverage companies to reduce costs and increase efficiency,so as to maximize warehouse utilization and operational efficiency.In this paper,a regional distribution center warehouse of M company is taken as the research object,and the current situation of the warehouse and the stored materials are analyzed.It is found that there are some problems in the storage area of the warehouse,such as material occupation channel,insufficient space utilization and low outbound efficiency.In order to solve the existing problems of the warehouse,this paper mainly optimizes the warehouse storage area and the Slotting assignment.Firstly,in order to make the storage area more reasonable,considering that the monthly demand of materials is affected by seasonal factors,a time series decomposition model is established to predict the demand of warehouse materials in the next three years,and then the storage capacity in the next three years is determined according to the characteristics of materials.Due to the current shortage of storage space,in order to alleviate the increasing storage pressure,improve the utilization rate of warehouse space,ensure the first-in-first-out of goods,and then adopt the way of introducing shelf.Combined with the characteristics of the material,the storage area is partitioned,and the location of the partition is determined according to the required space area of the partition and the current situation of the warehouse and the warehouse management experience,and the CAD layout diagram of each partition of the warehouse storage area is obtained.Secondly,on the basis of the storage area,taking the conventional food material area as an example,a mathematical programming model is established based on the material outbound efficiency,shelf stability and material classification storage.According to the actual situation of the warehouse,the simulated annealing genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and finally the reasonable distribution of the material storage space in the storage area is realized.Through the optimization of the warehouse,this paper realizes the reasonable division of the material area in the storage area.By establishing a mathematical model and applying intelligent algorithms to solve the problem,the allocation of storage space is more reasonable,so as to improve the operation efficiency of the warehouse,reduce the storage cost and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. |
