In the post pandemic era,the increasing demand for logistics has brought new development opportunities to China’s logistics industry.The logistics industry is of great importance in promoting national economic recovery and development.At the same time,using advanced algorithms and ideas combined with big data technology for logistics path planning can greatly improve logistics efficiency,and also play an important role in saving energy and improving people’s living standards.For chain pharmaceutical retail enterprises,developing their own logistics has also become an important way to improve their competitiveness and increase their profits.S Enterprise is a pharmaceutical chain enterprise with many stores.In our research on S Enterprise,we found that there are a series of logistics problems in the delivery process of ordinary drugs(non emergency drugs and drugs without refrigeration requirements),such as not planning the delivery path in advance,outdated delivery planning mode,low vehicle loading rate,and not paying attention to the delivery time requirements of each store,This sometimes leads to delayed delivery and higher delivery costs,which in turn affects customer satisfaction and reduces corporate profits.Therefore,this article analyzes and studies the actual situation of S enterprise,and combines it with the actual traffic situation of Jinan City.By simulating the speed changes of delivery vehicles in different time periods of Jinan City 7 days before the day of delivery of ordinary drugs,and constructing a time speed segmented function,a distribution path optimization model based on time-varying road network is established with the goal of minimizing the total distribution cost,Further conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis of various solving algorithms,select an improved ant colony algorithm that is more suitable for the model to solve,obtain the results,and analyze the results.Finally,propose reasonable suggestions for the distribution of ordinary drugs in S enterprise,thereby improving the rationality of S enterprise’s distribution path,vehicle allocation,vehicle loading rate,and delivery timeliness,effectively reducing enterprise distribution costs,and enhancing enterprise core competitiveness.
