Abstract/Summary:
With the wide application of motor drive system,the integration of high-power electronic devices in the system is getting higher and higher,and the fast on/off of switching devices in the system operation has caused electromagnetic compatibility problems that cannot be ignored.A lot of research and analysis has been conducted at home and abroad on the conducted interference of motor drive system,but the research on radiation interference is relatively little,and the actual electromagnetic radiation in the engineering involves more complicated models.The simulation method of radiation interference of the motor drive system has problems such as long simulation time and large consumption of resources.To address this situation,this paper takes the motor drive system as the research object and proposes a simulation method for radiated interference in the motor drive system based on the three-dimensional lossy LOD-FDTD(local one time finite difference time domain)algorithm.A model of the motor drive system was established,interference sources were extracted,and the 3D LOD-FDTD algorithm and iterative algorithm at lumped parameter components were studied in lossy media suitable for simulating the motor drive system.The radiated interference of the system was simulated and the advantages and disadvantages of this method were analyzed.The main research content is as follows:1.Study the composition structure of motor drive system and its working principle,take the widely used permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system as the research object,analyze the mechanism of radiation interference generation,and screen out the most important radiation interference sources in the system.2.According to the knowledge of drive control,the mathematical model of the motor control module is established.Based on the principle of vector control,the overall equivalent circuit model of the motor drive system is established and simulated.The simulation results are analyzed and the interference source data required in the radiation simulation are extracted.3.Outline the time domain finite difference method,study the basic principle of the LOD-FDTD algorithm,solve the problem of consuming conditions needed to simulate the radiation interference of the motor drive system,give the corresponding three-dimensional LOD-FDTD iterations and the iterations at the set of total parameter components,and verify the arithmetic examples.4.Establish the radiation simulation model in the LOD-FDTD simulation space,import the already extracted interference sources,and simulate the radiation interference.The conventional FDTD algorithm and CST software are used for equivalent modeling,and the simulation results of the three methods are compared to analyze the feasibility of the LOD-FDTD method in the radiation simulation of motor drive systems,and the advantages and disadvantages of LOD-FDTD and other methods as well as the applicable scenarios are discussed.In this paper,we simulate the radiation interference of motor drive system with LOD-FDTD algorithm,and compare with traditional FDTD algorithm and CST software to verify the reliability of its simulation results.The analysis concludes that the LOD-FDTD algorithm simulation takes less resources and is faster,and the Matlab software used in the algorithm has strong data interoperability with its built-in Simulink tool,which makes joint modeling and simulation more convenient and provides a feasible approach for the radiation simulation of motor drive systems.
